I placed an order for a 7x Nerd Miner 2 with Bitcoin Merch on April 13,2025. After a few days past I called Bitcoin Merch to check on my order and they said they couldn't find my order and asked for my order number ~ I advised them that I didn't get an order number when I made the purchase online. They did charge my bank on the same day I made the order though ~ $212.67. To make a long story short ~ here it is April 19,2025 and I have yet received a tracking number or confirmation that my order has been sent to me. I e-mailed them this morning and advised them that if I didn't receive a tracking number today (one that I could verify) I planned on filing a fraud complaint to my bank and that I was going to file another complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am 77 years old and was very excited about crypto mining but this experience with Bitcoin Merch has really been disappointing to the point I probably won't be doing any crypto mining at all. If I do decide to get a crypto miner in the future I think I will get one or them through Amazon; where I know I'll get my order(s) in a day or two after purchase.
Absolutely a nightmare dealing with these guys. Took almost a month to get my order. Once I got my nerdminer set they did not work correctly. Sent them back for a refund. Once they received the product back and waiting two weeks I had to be the one to contact them to find out why I hadn't received my refund. After speaking with several people and sending them documents showing I would receive a full refund they only sent me partial refund. For what ever reason they also charged me $9 for shipping. So in total I send them $170 and I was refunded $119 minus. They are refusing to refund me the remainding $50 even after they agreed to refund as shown in image...Beware

The products was late and they requested aditionl $160 upon delivery that I was not aware nor it was mentioend when I purchased it. On the site under the product they clearly state 1-2 weeks for delivery when they took over 5weeks to deliver on top of the surprize fee. I requested a full refund. They said I should have known there might be aditional fee.

Purchased miner in March for $1800, it is now July and I have yet to receive anything. I have called and left messages, but no response. Do not fall for this scam!

I ordered a miner from them, then decided I didn't need that specific one. Their customer service reached out and refunded me. I though it was a great company, so I ordered a different miner from them. I since emailed a couple times asking for shipping date. They resounded very generally like "you'll receive an email when it ships". Now I simply haven't received the item, and they won't issue a refund. I'm out almost $400 because they refuse to send my item or issue a refund. Awful experience.
