I've been waiting for over 3 months for a $3,000 winning withdrawal. I can not reach anyone by phone anymore and when I could they would give me the same run around about how my account is under investigation and I can not claim any winnings but they would call me back with an update and I never received a call back. When I would send them a message they would tell me they redirected it to the finance team who would reach out to me, which they never did and I have emailed the finance team personally with no response back. DO NOT PLAY BITBETWIN. I've played over $17,000 in deposits and they are an absolute scam when you win big. There are definitely better sites who issue large winnings within minutes.

I opted for a sign up bonus of 20$. Won 94$ then at cash out they inform you there is zero way except crypto. Ok. Got my niece to help with that. From there it's a constant denial over and over. I've sent in over 20 pictures they have requested. My ID, a paper with my name, w/drawl date, game name and winning amount. They deny and say I have to hold ID and paper together plus show full face and hands and still denied. That was hars to take because of my Rheumatoid Arthritis too. They say too blurry, yeah trying to make sure full face, hands, paper, id is seen WILL make parts blurry because u have to zoom out to get it all in. They have a crystal clear pic of my ID alone like they asked for though and u can can clearly see its the same ID, I'm the same person, etc.

Every time I do multiple withdraws in a row the longer they take to send me my money they always have some lie why it takes so long. I found the only way to speed my w8thdraw is to deposit more money but only able to do that on vegas x cause it needs to be zero before they can deposit. They always reply with rewritten messages always saying the same thing. Any9ne willing I have plenty on them and proof of if interested in doing a class action lawsuit against them.
