Low credibility
August 15, 2019

This company ruined the trust I had for them 2 years ago and I would never ever be a victim of such circumstance again. I'm glad I took a positive step at the end of the day and I can boldly say I got help from recoverybase1atgmaildotcom after so many times of trying hard to get back my money from this unregulated broker company.

Get all victims power to against them! Are you with me? They will get in trouble sooner or later!
December 8, 2016

Let me tell you my story first, then you can decide if you can help me.
I saw your website so I wrote to you.
I don't know if you can help me. I am from Taiwan and I feel I am stupid!
My broker is Binarybook.
On Feb., I saw an advertisement on web called millionaire. I was curious and filled up my contact information.
Someone called me, and asked me to deposit USD250. I said I won't touch anything I am not familiar with!
The agent said they will have an account manager assisted me.
On the same day, an account manager named Paul Chase called me and persuaded me to deposit another USD3000 auto deposit on his side, and ask me to sign a compliance form, which can make them legal.
Then he will deposit a bunus USD1000 to my account.
He helped me to trade well at the beginning. My account increased to around USD5529.
Then my first account manager disappeared for a long time.
I asked customer service, they said he was no longer working here.
They said my new account manager is Diego Felipe.
He contacted with me, and kept helping a few trades.
We won a few trades, account is around USD 6500.
Then I said I need the fund to get married on 16Jul, so I will withdraw at the end of June.
At the end of June, I lost trading, and my account remain around USD2000.
I was so upset and complained to them.
Then Deigo helped me some trades, my account back to around USD5000 on September.
Then Deigo disappeared.
The third account manager named Melanie Lask called me, she said she is my new account manager.
I asked where's Diego. She said company checks my account did not progress, so send me under her team.
She's more aggressive than the previous account manager.
She demanded me to deposit another 12k as a free risk account, then she would help me boost.
I didn't agree at the first time, then she said "if you don't do it. I will kick you out of my team.
What I only know is how to earn money." If you don't listen to me, if you don't trust me, I can't help you.
She said, if I deposit 12k on 23sep, she will send another 15k to my account.
I agreed, and deposited. She helped me for a few trades, and my account was around 22k.
On 13OCT, she said tomorrow would be a big day for brend oil price.
Then I called her via Skype. She said deposit another 20k in order to boost your account.
I said I alread out of credit. It's impossible. She said, call your bank and told them the trading ended tomorrow 14oct,
You will have your money back tomorrow!
I was forced to do it. Then I did my best to fund another 18k.
Then she asked me to trade with USD2000, 9 times, and put.
On 14OCT, I lost 18k overnight.

However, no agent told me any of their terms and conditions before demanding me to deposit.
No one tell me about risk free account bonus policy needs to meet 30 times of turnover!

I realized how stupid I am!

Our living standard is not as high as your country,
My monthly income is around USD 1K. I definitely counldn't afford 30k.

I wrote a lot of email to complain and tried to withdraw remaining 16k in my account in order to lower my risk.
They said financial department was closed during weekend and she will not work until Tuesday.
I am so tired to negotiate with them.

If you have any good advise, please help me.
I am in Taiwan, it's far away from here. I don't know if you can help me.
Or give me some suggestion, let me fight by myself.
I just need someone to discuss.
I don't know you, but I will be appreciate of your kindness.
Sincerely,

I need to declare some things:

From February to October, I total deposit *******, I've never got any cent back.
I claim for ALL the initial money back to my account at the soonest time.
I state the reasons why you are disqualified as one of the binary brokers.

First, using exaggerating advertisement to fish some bites, words and deeds are inconsistent!

I'm one of your bites out of millionaire blueprint.
On 25Feb., A person called Daniel Hayes asked me to deposit USD250.
I told him I was a laymen, I won't touch anything I'm not familiar with.
He said, give it a try, besides, you can withdraw your money anytime you want,
As long as you fill out the compliance document.
I was forced to deposit money.

Second, lack of disclosure risks and bonus and any necessary regulation verbally.

At the same day, a man called Paul Chase, he declared himself is my account manager
And he will help me trade for a long time.
He asked me to deposit another 3000, without my consent, auto deposit on his side,
And asked me to fill out the compliance form as soon as possible,
Then he will give me company bonus 1000 without disclosure of that I need to reach turnover 30 times of granted bonus.

Third, Inability to carry out promises.

I told him, If you can help me, I will need an amount of money for my wedding preparation
Because the money is 3 times of my monthly income from our wedding fund.
I emphasized over and over again that I will need to withdraw the money by the end of June,
Because my wedding ceremony is on 16JUL.
He told me that we will trade on a monthly basis.
Paul Chase helped me with a few trades, then disappeared on 08MAR.
No reply on skype anymore.

Fourth, lack of dedicated customer service on informing customer even just a simple thing.

On 16APR., I doubt what happened, then I asked via email
And was told by your customer service that Paul Chase no longer works here,
And my new Expert Trader, Diego Felipe will help me.
It's been over one month without being noticed by anyone.
Even if you said my phone was unreachable, you should send an e-mail to inform me.
I was like a fool waiting for no one, and my account was frozen without knowing anything.

Fifth, lack of consistency. No profit, no service.

On 19APR., Diego Felipe finally contacted with me.
I really don't like to talk my story all over again!
I need to re-build trust on a stranger again,
I emphasized again that I need the money for my wedding by the end of June.
He said, no worries, he will help me.
He helped me with a few trades on a monthly basis as well.
At the end of June, I lost over half of my original money.
I guess even if I didn't lose,
I still couldn't withdraw the money since the balance was still under 10k.
Diego Felipe did not disclose that I need to reach 30 times of granted bonus either.
I died without knowing why!
If you don't want to help the customer, don't ask me to deposit any cent!
How poor the service is!
He helped me recover a few trades on 14JUL., then disappeared again, maybe already block me out.

Sixth, lack of respecting different customers' financial ability and using some discriminating words to push customer.

On 02SEP., another account manager called, Melanie Lask called me and said she is my new expert trader.
Ok, again, I hate to build trust to a new one!
I asked where's Diego.
She said, company checks my account did not have any progress, so send me under her team.
She's more aggressive than the previous account manager.
She asked me to deposit another 12k as a risk-free account, then she would help me boost.
I didn't agree at the first time since I didn't get anything back yet.
Then she said in an imperative tone of voice,
"if you don't do it. You're not deserve in my team! What I only know is how to earn money!
If you don't listen to me, if you don't trust me, I can't help you."

Seventh, Without disclosure of risk-free account bonus policy verbally.

She said, "if you deposit 12k on 23SEP, I will send another 16k to my account on 23OCT."
Besides, she said, "even if you lost, the company will reimburse your lose as bonuses
Because it's risk-free account valid for one month. You can trade safely."
I said, this is not my saving, it's my bank's money.
She gave her words on me and said again,
"if you deposit 12k on 23SEP, I will send another 16k to my account on 23OCT."
She said, no worries, everything is under control.
Then, I deposited. She helped me for a few trades, and my account was around 20k.

Eighth, lack of profession and risk management, only profit-oriented.

During this time, I consistently asked what your plan for risk-free account and what our goal are?
It seemed she was pretty busy. She wanted me to call her on 13OCT.
On 13OCT, I called her.
She said tomorrow 14OCT would be a big day for brend oil price.
She said," leave alone the previous 12k, deposit another 20k in order to boost your account."
I said, I alread run out of credit. It's impossible!"
She said," call your bank and tell them the trading ended tomorrow 14OCT,
You will have all of my initial money back to my account tomorrow!"
I was forced to do it, then I did my best to fund another 18k.
Then she asked me to trade with brent oil with USD2000, 9 times, and put.
On 14OCT, I lost 18k overnight.

Don't you think it's a scam?
I trust you over and over again, but hurt badly over and over again.
I cannot tolerate this kind of service!
I will not compromise anymore!
From February to October, I total deposit *******, I've never got any cent back.

Can some one help me to withdraw my money out? I am so frustrated about them... total deposit USD*******. I am so stupid. Right now my account lose a lot. And only 16k in remain. They still make me in trouble of withdraw money! What can I do? Can someone who has good experience can help me?

AVOID Binary Book. They are persuasive and abuse the weak.
June 10, 2016

I had a terrible experience with Binarybook. I now wonder why was I so stupid and not read here before I make a deposit. Somehow I was scammed into signing up to binarybook by an automated software, Virtnext (virtnextapp.com). DO NOT SIGN UP WITH Virtnext UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE ALL YOUR DEPOSITED MONEY.

No later than 3 minutes after creating my account, someone named Lea Joyce called me like 10 times so I said wth, I will answer. By a subtle chat, she somehow made me to make a deposit of a minimum 250 EUR (she tried to convince me for more based on the idea that if I can deposit 250, I should better try with at least another 100 EUR more). Because I wanted to evaluate the automated software and the broker, I considered it's not a big loss and moved on with the deposit.

Later on, I have screen captures with the autotradings, with 9 losses and 8 wins in a day (25 EUR per trade). Therefore I concluded that virtnext is not a good opportunity for me - or for anyone else I dare saying!

As my account dropped to 160 EUR, I said to myself, OK... this is as far as I can logically go, any further will make me lose everything.

Then some Kate Williams called me, asked me how my trades are going, what is my trading experience, etc. She said that she has some fantastic opportunities on Dinsney about to open a new theme park in China on June 16th, Amazon is working on some product like youtube, and that Apple has a target of some millions devices to be sold until September. For a great income, she tried to convince me that it's a fantastic moment to enter the market, and only required me to start on a small amount, at least 5.000 EUR. At this point I was starting to feel scammed. OK, BinaryBook, I have made a small minimum deposit, but going really that high to ask, from 250 to 5.000, is a little bit doubtful. At this moment I considered myself very happy that I was not so desperate after a quick huge winning, like most gamblers that unfortunately get scammed.

I told her 250 EUR is the maximum I can afford at the time. Some guy Daniel-something then took over the conversation, told me that he had listened all the conversation until then and that he is the manager, and he'll be straight and fair telling me no bull$#*!. A long conversation followed, that took place EXACTLY as the scene in "Wolf of Wall Street" if you remember, where Leonardo was showing his team how to scam a customer, with nice persuasive words while giving him both middle fingers. At points I felt he was holding laughs but not his team, who was laughing in background. He told me that he wants to squeeze my account of every last penny for this absolutely most awesome ever trade, and I said NO, and he said he will attempt to make a 5.000 deposit from my card, and if it gets declined, he will show his boss that I don't have enough money and proceed with my leftovers from the trades - 160 EUR. REALLY? :)) So, 5000 works the same as 160? I refused. Whatever, after a while I said "as far as I am concerned, I don't want to make more deposits and the conversation is over", he was visibly irritated and started to call me names, he told me that I am a loser and I will be a loser all my life etc. And then he hung up. The call took 53 minutes, and it was a psychological fight, really!

At this point I was determined, it was the point of no return and I could not take more. So I decided to withdraw the leftovers of 160 EUR. A new adventure started here. Finding the withdrawal section was not easy - you have to go to Deposit and find the Withdrawal link there. No options, just a text box and a button. I submitted 160 EUR, clicked Withdraw, and saw in my History that the Withdraw is PENDING. On the live chat I find out that my "expert broker", Kate Williams, must have a phone conversation with me to confirm the withdrawal. I received a few more calls from "brokers" - female voices. I told each one of them from the beginning that I only want to withdraw and end amiable, and care about nothing else. They didn't even want to hear about that, and kept saying "let's reinvest that in a few more trades bla bla". 5 or 6 phone calls later, I wrote them on the live chat that if i don't get my withdrawal confirmed, I will pursuit into legal actions against them. 5 minutes later, the withdraw was confirmed, and they told me I have to wait up to 10 business days to get the money onto my credit card.

Today was day 1 of my experience with Binary Book, and day 1 of Business Days to return my leftovers.
Actually, in about 30 minutes I will have 24hours from my signup.

Hopefully, I will get to see those 160 EUR back into my account soon.

CONCLUSION: Do NOT subscribe OR deposit money with Binary Book. They will persuade you to invest more and more, giving nothing back, and they are HIGHLY trained to do that. Better be dissapointed that you haven't tried it (as many here say), than be poor or lose money and time for nothing.
= - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - =

As a side note, please take these guide lines if you want to get some income and have no idea about binary trading:

1. NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO ANY AUTOMATED SOFTWARE. NONE OF THEM. You will most likely lose all your money. All are making some sort of predictions that the trend will go up or down, based on charts, but it's impossible for a machine or human to know exactly where an asset will be at a given time. The videos you see on youtube with people winning from automated software, are scams with links in their video or descriptions including their affiliate name. In other words, you click to subscribe, and they make profit for nothing from your deposits. Needless to say that all the videos you see online with people making HUGE profits, are, by default, SCAMS. No money, and no HUGE money comes without hard work.

2. DON'T TRADE WITH YOUR HEART. If you know nothing about binary options, trends, charts etc, and you trade with EMOTION rather than LOGIC, take a break, breathe and come back to the computer. Never spend all day on trades. And at last, if you feel this is not really for you, quit before you lose all your money.

3. DO NOT BE GREEDY. The smallest amount of greed WILL make you lose the trade. I have a great broker software now, which I use to learn and_maybe_ get some income in the future. By myself, I won 1050 EUR while investing 100, using a Martingale strategy starting from 3 EUR per trade (then 7,16 35 and so on, in case the trade was lost), but because I was greedy, I lost it all, and made another 600 EUR deposit which I lost (I still have 10 EUR to play with). Nevertheless, I made some other deposits, like 100-150 EUR, and withdrawn them while winning, but still losing all the income, because of greed. I can tell you what is my broker but I won't type it here because really I don't want to advertise it. They have great trading software (desktop and mobile), and Withdrawals take place in 3-4 business days, no questions asked, and tested - they have card, skrill, bank transfer (for 50 EUR comission). Actually, I have not spoken to any broker from their company. Perhaps they saw I keep on losing and assigned a broker to me, but never changed words with him yet. No persuasion at all.

4. USE ANY TOOL AVAILABLE TO PREDICT THE ASSET YOURSELF. In my beginner opinion, the TREND is your main help. Follow it with care and don't bet on Turbo with expiry shorter than 2 minutes. Other useful indicators are Bollinger Bands, RSI, MACD and Stochastic oscillator. They are helpful but cannot be used in single combinations. Together they all give good signs to good traders.

5. TRADING ON LONGER PERIODS IS SAFER. Trade on longer periods (10-15 minutes at least) and lock trades with counter trades (eg, if you have a 10 EUR trade and it's losing, place another trade in the opposite direction equal to the profit, eg 8.40 EUR). It's called RISK MANAGEMENT. Never forget that LESS or LITTLE is BETTER than NOTHING (or a lost trade).

Tip for consumers:

Don't subscribe, Don't make deposits. You WILL lose.

Scam scam scam
February 10, 2016

Hello be carefull i am 50 years old iand street wise but after loads of emails decided to try Brit method, they sent me to binary books payment page to deposit the money. On that page they take the money without displaying terms and conditions. But as you find later if you change your mind or not happy with things, well in my case the bot trader brit method did not do anything at all no trades, did 2 my self and lost 1, so had 242.50 in my account, did request would only allow 242 so they still had my 50 pence, lol waited and waited as had to be compliant first, then they say neeed an expert trader, days go by, I even got kicked off there on line chat, phoned them you do not get english national to speak too and very rude, telling me that it will take much longer to get my money if i keep calling and go away. Then get contact with expert trader who tell me that will cost me 52 pounds to get money back, scammers 30 to send money via credit card, did not use credit card, and 24 for not reaching 200 in turn over, further more when i deposited all though not seen terms and conditions, I had agreed by clicking deposit to them lol what a joke company legaly stealing peoples money in most cases who do not have any time for the police to investigate this I have report to online uk police fraud and suggest anyone else who has had issue does too. As the head quarters of this company are in Gibralter Spain. So prob avioding paying taxes too. And all you will get when ask questions is terms and conditions read them, well if they had been on the page when i deposited i would have. Lession, there is no such thing as easy money, and if seems too good to be true it is, and never never deposit money if there are noterms and conditions to read first. Thank you brit method and binary book hope you all die a painfull death.

BinaryBook is not licensed and is not regulated
January 11, 2016

I opened end of September 2015 an account with minimum of $300. Immediately after I opened a so-called Expert Trader (Ben Levinskey) from the company called me and told me he has more than 100s of clients and his success rate is %90. He promised me to make $100,000 by the end of the year and he will invest with me and match %100 my investment. He told me about very very few available number of guaranteed successful trades due to so and so going on right now and that I will get my money in the worst (not possible) of loosing the trades. I invested $7800 and they gave $7500 "Bonus". Now look at the tricks:
1- They makes all the contact with you via phone call so that I do not have documented conversation. They give their promises and all misleading info in telephone.
2- They give you a matching bonus to your investment which will force you to stay with the m and can not withdraw any money from your account with the company (until you trade volume reaches 30 times your investment plus the bonus. E. g you invest $******* and they give you bonus of $******* then can only withdraw after you have made a volume trade of $*******x30 = $600,000.
3- They listed a number of risk free trades with refund if the trades loose, but they place trades for you they do not give you a document to show that a trade is risk-free trades. So you can not claim any refund later. So they placed it as normal trade.
4- When your trades are clearly loosing, the Expert Trader who is taking care of your account will disappear for any reason and another Expert will be assigned to "HELP" you.
5- This new Expert will contact you try to convince you to make new investment so that he can help you to recover and make money. If you refuse to invest more, he will not even bother to answer your email or call you again.
6- The company is not REGULATED. If you ask then, they avoid to answer directly and they will tell you instead their platform is regulated.
7- The company is also not licensed (to use the platform).
8- Their Headquarter is not in London/UK but in Gibraltar
9- They make only when you loose money. Ask them how the Expert is getting paid?.
10- Their live chat customer support respond but when your question is critical like the company is license or so, they try their best to avoid to answer by answering something else.

Total liars and steal your money without informing you. Also scammers
December 24, 2015

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgJBOW1EQTg. They use this George S robot to lure me in. I found it to be a scam. Requested withdrawl after 2 trades. They said to use the robot I had to deposit more. I said no way as this was not part of the deal. Rather than allow my withdrawal they said that they will put me on their own robot. I got an email to say that the robot was activated and has 89% success rate. I did not receive any emails to say what trades were made and how to request to disable (it is not part of their platform). They traded my money using their robot without any information being passed on to me. Within 3 weeks they had depleted all my account bar £1.35 from the £250 initial investment) AND I HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS HAPPENING. The last trades were approximately 23 losing trades and 7 winning. So much for 89% success. After complaining the Account manager (Marcus Mellandry) was quite rude and said he had no time to waste on me if I didn't make a deposit. I requested money back as they had lost the money and he laughed and called me a liar. After back and forth with finance department they agreed to give a £250 bonus. I told them I only joined them to test their robot success rate and use metatrader and write my own Expert Advisors which have better success rate than their robot. He blamed it on volatility. Total rubbish. I am with Banc De Binary, Ufx, Alvexo, Binary International and Binary Uno. Still experimenting and have yet to make money ( I made some and lost it all on some bad trades supplied by some). Long story short. I deal with many brokers and these lot at BINARY BOOK are the worse. Bad advice, use scam to lure you in. Lie to you, Do not give you any information to make choices when they use their robot. Trade for you and lose the money. When you complain they are rude and don't want to know you. When I told my Account Manager I would be vising feedback pages and commenting he said he will SUE me for any damage caused. His name is Marcus Mellandry. Totally emotionally challenged chap who shouts, is rude (tells you he cannot help if you are not depositing more) and laughs at you when you challenge him. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS LOT. You have been warned. I will be approaching my bank to request money back.
