I tried multiple times to order an item online. Each time the transaction failed. The site wants the shipping address and billing address to match the credit card address, somehow this won't work.
Called store number. Owner was belligerent and told me that I was wasting his time while trying to purchase his product. I will buy from someone else that isn't a $#*!.
I called for 2 weeks about my order. The man on the phone was rude and called me a $#*! after I asked for my money back then he cancelled my order. He was very rude to me. I will be taking this company to court!

I brought a Lacoste hoodie said 100% cotton. It was an iron on and 100% polyester. Super cheap and basically a one and done the hoodie started collecting little fabric ball on it. Terrible don't shop with then it's a scam…

I order a Nike Tech Suit for my Birthday. I ordered a LARGE they sent me a Medium. I contacted them MULTIPLE TIMES, I sent back clothes and THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME! Luckly I filed a dispute and I won. But this people stole from me. Real talk. Company is TRASH For Real For real!
I placed an order with Bills Outlet for 3 Nike Tech track suits, however after reading the reviews I immediately cancelled the order. When I cancelled the order they deactivated my account and blocked my IP address from accessing their website. Then they had the audacity to still charge my credit card for $347.00 under the name of "Alco Fashions" and didn't respond to any emails for a refund. I had to do a chargeback with my credit card company. These are the same people as "Alco Fashion" and the reviews under that business name are just as bad. They're basically scamming people and hoping to get away with the money. I'm filing a complaint with my Attorney General as well because something needs to be done about them.
This is the worst outlet store I have ever order from. I ordered a Nike Activewear Suit, Invoice # In*******. It was a yellow and black color block top, the yellow was so discolored it was not fit to wear. I was going to send it back but decided to read the reviews first. After reading them I decided it would not worth the headache trying to get an exchange or refund. I will not order from them again.
Recently, I purchased a bottle of Chloe L'eau de Chloe from this company. Upon inspection when I received the item, I came to the conclusion that it was NOT authentic. The ribbon around the neck of the perfume was not attached. The authentic perfume had a firmly attached gros grain ribbon. The striations on the ribbon should run horizontally. The ribbon on my purchase had vertical striations. The pertinent information about the perfume, such as lot number, manufacture code, etc., should be printed or etched onto the bottom of the bottle. My purchased perfume had a clear sticker pasted onto the bottom of the bottle. Using the "Cosmetic Calculator. I entered the batch number to confirm the month and year of manufacture. I got an error message. I entered the batch number of my existing bottle of that same perfume and got a manufacture date of January 2016. I have sent an email with screenshots to the company and requested a refund. It's possible they are not aware that they are selling inauthentic items. I am now waiting for a reply. UPDATE: It has been 3 days with no response from the seller, so I am going to post this review.
I ordered a men's Nike sweatsuit I called to be certain I was getting the teal colored one and was assured It was.I received a navy one! What I ordered and what I got were two totally different things. Nike tech FLEECE outfit was what I ordered (which I have several of by ordering through Nike) but what I got was a VERY thin COTTON outfit. They refused to do a return. Items are NOT as described

I had emailed the company to find out when my order will be shipped. It said to the UPS that it's not even been to their office yet that the label was made but the order wasn't received. So I emailed them and they asked me what was the rush it'll get here when it gets here. I do not recommend this company at all I have the screenshot and the email to prove it
