Fred at Bilberry Freight was great through the whole process. Communicated daily to let me know everything was going to schedule. Car made here to Calgary right on time and the car was just like I left it except for a little dust. Would highly recommend Bilberry Freight to friends.
This is the second time I've sent a car with Shipping Car Across Canada and, once again, the process was smooth. This time the truck arrived early (team drivers) so the dispatcher helped me figure out to park it in an off-airport parking so we could get it when we arrived. Easy. Good price, it was cheaper than driving the car from Vancouver to Montreal and way easier on my daughter. I would use these guys again.
Avoid using them. Poor communication and dishonest. Quoted me one price for shipment and on the day of delivery, told me the price is actually more. Held my car hostage until i paid the higher price. Horrible business.
I called to make arrangements for my enclosed 20' trailer across Canada. The Date was set, the truck never arrived on the date. I gave it a few days and called Diego and he gave me the truckers number to call directly. I called the trucker and he said he was still coming but the rate was low? And he had to make money? ThIs rate was set and agreed on way before this? I tried Diego and Fred again to see what was going on. They said the trucker stopped taking their calls and they are trying to get another truck which never arrived, 1 month later, my trailer is still not delivered. I called to tell them We decided to drive across Canada ourselves and to refund the $900.00 deposit. They texted me And told me where to send the subpoena because they did their job and lined up the truck? WTF!
Don't waist your time trying to use this Company. Any good reviews written For this "Company" have to be BS.

Do not use this company! We paid our deposit and Bilberry did not fulfill the required shipment as agreed upon in the contract. Bilberry requested us to pay via e-transfer and will not refund the deposit or answer my phone calls or emails.

I got a quote really fast with this company to ship a machinery from Dallas, Usa to Vancouver, Bc.

They dont pay the carrier once load is completed.
Wont answer the phone or emails once they got the shipment on your trailer.
