My family has been using Big Token since 2019. All of a sudden, they refuse to payout because we have used a shared device! Well we are a family and we do have a device that we share... that's what families do! If this was not allowed, why did it allow us to sign in? Why wait almost two years to tell us when we are trying to get a payout? All of that time and effort for nothing! Three individuals with one account each (have gotten a payout in the past) cannot get paid now! It used to be an easy process. They keep making it more difficult (probably so they don't have to pay)! Almost $200 between us... lost!

This app used to be great soon as you get to 15$ you could get it the week after you cashed out and there used to be a lot of surveys available now there are none as for updating well they said that last year I mean come on how long does it take an app to update an enturnity what happened ya all losing valuable customers who fell in love with this app bring back the serveys please thank you.

Used to pay slowly now not at all Im almost 2 months in waiting for a payout. Copy paste response says new payment method soon but nope that's a lie. It's not hard to pay out via PayPal as I use many different survey companies and some pay instantly. Not mention they have a user base way over the amount big token does. Such as prizerebel and instagc for example. These guys take 2 plus weeks to respond even if they do its a script. You won't get help and don't bother trying. Just keep waiting for your cash out then I'd recommend uninstalling. What makes all this worse is you can use 25 percent of your points and you need atleast 2100 to cash out at ALL so expect only 5 dollars most of the time. Not only that but they have the nerve to charge you a 25 point paypal fee too. If you are going to make people wait so long to cash out you guys can handle that 25 cent fee I think? Ridiculous. Oh last thing you can only cash out once a month meaning you put in all this work and sell your data for 5 dollars a month. Nielsen would pay more and that's been around way longer.

I like Big Token, dont get me wrong. I enjoy checking into places and getting paid for answering questions. I like that you can put the money in pay pal but it does take a lot of surveys to make it to $15 dollars. Fifteen dollars is the amount of money you need to make for them to pay you. I joined a team but it doesn't even pay when I answer the questions posed in the team section. So what is the point of that? Answering yes to more questions gets you more surveys. I got a lot of surveys when I first started but the more I answered the less I get. It caps you after you answer a lot. I want to warn people on the high point surveys. I have done a lot of them. They pay more. But some will have you answering long questions that can take about an hour. When you finish it says webpage unavailable. There is a spot to tell big token that there is a problem. I tell them the issue but it hasn't resolved. It is such a waste of time to sit there for 45- mins to an hour and no payout! I've decided it's a scam. I am a member on quick surveys and this has never happened. They only give Amazon gift or apple gift cards there but I much rather get 2 dollars per survey from those than nothing! Even if you dont qualify they give you some cents for your time. I like the fact that big token does pay pal because I pay my sister on that for my portion of my cell bill. So that's what keeps me hooked!

IT WAS TOTALLY FAKE APP. PEOPLE HARD EARD MONEY THEIR SWINDLED IN VERY FILTHY MANNER. I WAS INSTALLED SUCH BOGUS APP MORE THAN 6 MONTH BACK MY WALLET SHOWNED $9.80TODAY I FOUND IT WAS ONLY$. 90. WHAT GREAT CHEATING IT WAS.MY VALUABLE TIME, PATIENCE, EXPECTATION r NULIFIED. THEY JUST PLAYING GREAT CHEATING GAME WITH INNOCENT PEOPLES TIME, EXPECTATION. I HATE THIS APP. SOME FAKE REVIEWS Right THERE IN ORDER TO GAIN TRUST OF PEOPLE.DO' T WASTE UR VALUABLE TIME WITH SUCH BOGUS APP. FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE.
