Bigtime Battery

The product I was looking for at a fair price. Different inferior brand shipped verses what was shown, but it fits and works for now.

I haven't been able to locate shipping speed. suck.
Once I received the battery, I was satisfied. Fix the website to reflect shipping speed.

Took a little longer to receive than I expected. Battery was fully charged when it arrived installed in motorcycle instantly came to life.

When reviewing my order I could not return to my original order submission. I couldn't tell whether I was duplicating my order or finishing my order.

too fussy with the information and too awkward, making me return to cart when I corrected billing address, saying it was recalculating -- but there was not difference.

Not enough info for which motorcycles batteries will fit. Mine was a 2000 Goldwing SE, but could not look up which battery it needed

Was surprised the batteries with 50% more power, were 50% longer, and didn't fit into my two cell drill without removing the locking caps. Wish someone had mentioned that before I ordered them. When one reviewer said they were a direct fit for the same battery number I needed, I ordered them. I'll have to make do, but wish they were the same size as my original batteries. I'd sacrifice 50% more power for batteries that fit my drill correctly!

So far so good. Then I received the battery and it looked like it has been sitting around on the shelf a long time (some stains and debris)and it didn't have a date sticker on it but only time will tell. Tom

So far everything is going smoothly, and the site is easy to navigate. However, instructions aren't clear on how to use the "Rush My Order Now" option.

I wasn't sure if the battery was compatible with my model since only one model number was listed but I called and they were very helpful!

The search is rather difficult to work. Had hard time finding correct battery for my machine. E
nded up using info from old shipping order I had from BTB.

you used to sell these in pairs for the pride ultra go-go. Where did they go? How do I get the coupon code? I'm a repeat customer, shouldn't I get a break?

Originally PayPal was an option. However, when checking out I was not able to get PayPal. I had to give my credit card number. I prefer PayPal. It should not appear on the site if it isn't available.

1. Country list does NOT include Canada.
2. Several of the same products show different prices.
3. Email inquiry I made received NO response.

Amazon Order issue, had to spend 30 minutes using your direct website for resolution. Customer service was good and courteous.

Coupon discount offer sent by you was not accepted....not good

Batteries arrived in two boxes on two different days

Your check out page kept changing and doing weird things like the place that said address 1 changed where it was on the page twice.

I received my earbuds very quick the price was reasonable.. but I can only pair one ear no matter how many times I redo the pairing process only the left ear pairs

Was pleased with my shopping experience,will use big timebattery.com again for charger needs that no store seems to handle.Order was confirmed and shipped right away.

Completing and submitting the order was confusing. I bounced to PayPal back and then I had to press the submit again so I'm not sure how many batteries I'm going to receive.

Said they had battery in stock, would ship that day. Would have it for sure in one week when I needed it.
Waited one week then called, why don't I have it. Many different stories. Would ship that day or next, shipped on fourth day. Received one week late in good condition.

Couldn't find a charger for these batteries within your site. If you have one, let me know via e-mail please. If you have one, you can include it with the order, and if not too much, I will pay you before you send them out. Thanks again, Adam.
