Product arrived well packaged in a timely manner. First time I tried to use it, it doesn't work. Wiring was broke inside the wiring harness. Also noticed that this rating service is not apparently going to let me leave a negative review. This is my fourth attempt.
I ordered a battery that your site said was in stock. After a week i called in and it was never in stock. No proactive notification what so ever. I was then told it would be shipping the following tuesday. I called again on thursday and again on back order and no fn proactive notification. I ended up cancelling due to complete incompetence.

The battery seems to be great so far, perfect fit and it works. The only thing remaining is whether it will last but with a 2 year warranty from "Bigtime battery" I'm sure it will. Great company to do business with, perfect in all respects.
Pretty much straight forward. I will keep you in mind when I need additional batteries thanks forthe good price. Hope it will last for several years trouble free. And I might add, the delivery was very fast..
I have an older Craftsman drill. The batteries are no longer available from Craftsman. These batteries fit perfectly and work very well.
I'm pleased with the cost of the charger but a little disappointed with the delivery time.
