Shopping was very quick and easy. Checkout was easy and convenient and the batteries were well priced. Shipping took two day - it was very fast. However, the batteries do not fit the original OEM DeWalt charger. They insert and extract with considerable difficulty. I fear that either the connector socket on the charger or the battery plug connector may break one day. There was difficulty inserting and extracting the batteries from the drill also, but that got a little easier after doing it a few times. One of the batteries produced a warm battery indication during the first charge. A followup charge was successful.

The headset I received initially had a broken ear muff. I emailed them and they responded immediately by sending another headset right away, but that one had a terrible buzzing in the ear, like a feedback problem. Not high quality products I guess?

Received the batteries sooner than I anticipated. They had a partial charge in them so I put them in the drill and used them to drill several holes before charging them. So far very satisfied with there products.
