Whereas I can't tell about the quality of the battery as I returned it because it was the wrong CCA, I can talk about the quality of the part of the battery I did experience and that was the battery terminals and the installation. Compared to the battery I replaced the bigtime battery connection terminals seemed flimsy and cheap. To have to try to hold a tiny nut inside the flimsy terminal while trying to align the bolt, in a cramped motorcycle battery environment was frustrating and could easily be avoided if a solid threaded unit was used to slide into the terminal and automatically aligned with the access hole like other batteries have.
Great initial experience expecting great long life from battery. Too soon to rate the product. Ask again in 1 year and again in 2.
Replaced 2 12v 18a batteries from another vendor. Those lasted barely 2 years, holding less and less and less charge. I was able to mow my lawn on one charge in year 1, then it took 2 full charges to get the entire lawn, then the last 3 months of the summer/fall it took 3 cycles...frustrating to have to plan a fri, sat, sun to cut a whopping 1/4 acre!
Hoping 2 12v 22a batteries will give me better life and more endurance. Time will tell.
I love my Metabo tools and prefer to buy new batteries for them rather than buying new tools. That is except when if buying from Metabo where I have to pay more for the batteries than a brand new Tool from another quality brand.
The batteries from this vendor changed my opinion as their price performance is such that I can keep my great Metabo tools operational for many more years. (I have a Metabo drill that I bought new in Denmark in the 1970's and still working like new)
I can highly recommend to buy products from this vendor!
NAVIGATION somewhat difficult, not completely sure this will work in my drill, I have a DC759, but it has no letters after the numbers.
The batteries do fit my drill, which was not listed in the product information. I am unable to rate product satisfaction until I actually use it to see how the batteries perform.

I shopped all around to find a battery that was roughly 4-1/4" wide for my arctic cat 500 that was capable of giving more amps to operate a winch and excessories in my case the 24 amp is what i need i have a 20 amp and the battery dies from the amperage draw off my 20 amp battery. Hours online i was searching and here it is.fast and easy check out, best deals i have seen so far!

I was very pleased with my experience with bigtimebattery. The product was reasonably prices, arrived faster than I expected, and worked. I do believe you could do better by confirming the order. I would also recommend that you upgrade your packing process. I was really worried when I say the container on my doorstep. The box wasn't in good shape with tears in the box. Luckily the item was in good shape. I think the fact that the box had room in it so the item could move around caused the problem.
The battery doesn't work and is no taking a charge. I am disappointed. I don't think it is my vacuum as the old battery was not working to go and didn't hold a charge for more than a minute or two before it finally quilt. My son put the battery in and it wouldn't start so put it on charge and it still won't work. That is alotof money for something that won't work.
I do not have the torx screwdriver needed to open my nook to replace the battery, so as yet I don't even know if I ordered the right battery. I have not taken it out of it's packaging just in case I need to exchange it. I ordered the T15 tool I need & have been waiting on delivery.
I received my supply of batteries in a timely manner and I am able to address the depleted UPS Battery packs that I need replace. Thank you for the swift and reliable service I am now becoming accustomed to.
Received my battery. It was advertised as NiMH with a 3 ah. What came was NiCD with 2 ah. Contacted Bigtimebattery. Said they were sorry of the mix up, however, they have no more NiMN in that size. Offered to reduce the price 15% or send a prepaid return and credit. I chose to return the battery, waiting for the prepaid return authorization. So far I have to commend the company for customer service when a mistake was made.
The charger doesn't work. I called last week and spoke with one of your representatives. I was told that another would be shipped. It has not arrived as yet.
The battery worked great and arrived in a timely manner. I've seen this battery on other sites upwards of $200.00. I got it here for just over $50.00.
Battery arrived - took a few days longer than expected but it appears to be in great shape - time will tell if its as good as the last one I purchased
