I was waiting for 2 moths for my order poly gel nail kit that includes everything else from their ad. I only received the tiny gel ITSELF with nothing on it. For TWO MONTHS! What the heck! Sooo unworthy of the effort, time and money i invested! What am i going to do with this gel? Stick it on my $#*!?
Not even a contact number from them so i could call about it. Soooo DISAPPOINTING!

The tracking says it was delivered they told me to ask my neighbors if they signed for it usps had no info for me, so I guess they will just keep my money and I will not get any product. They are a scam. When you contact them they just repeat the same thing to go look at the tracking um that's why im contacting you! I haven't received $#*! n it says delivered n try to blame it on the delivery service thats not my problem thats your problem i don't ship the products your business do so thats your end not mine im just the customer!

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a polygel nail product kit more than 6 months ago, and I still havent received it. I had back and forward emails with this company claiming issues with shipping and not realizing that my package had been "returned back to them" considering the amount I paid for this item and shipping I wish I never bought it from here. Waste of time. DO NOT BUY.
I ordered a nail kit over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for it. When I try to contact seller I initially got a reply but months later I get nothing back. Terrible customer service. Please do not purchase from this website.
Ordered the nail kit from Ahoyyl, checked my tracking # and now it's big serenity and not Ahoyyl... To begin with, I selected the USA warehouse. I received a tracking number 2 weeks later with a CHINA shipping tracking number... sooooo IDK what the heck is going on. They do not respond to emails and send automated emails after you send them one. I'm about to dispute this charge on my card... ridiculous
Purchased this using "express" shipping and selected US warehouse to receive in 7-12 days. Was provided with a China Tracking which is now invalid and no response when contacted for support. Do NOT purchase!
Please do not order from this company. They'll still your money and will not shop out product as advertised. Will not respond to your emails! They scammed me for $66.21. Even paid extra for express shipping. Still no package.
I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I ordered on April 30,2020. It was supposed to ship FROM the US (clearly not), arriving in 12-20 days. It is July 4, still nothing. The tracking number shows that my package (Poly gel) finally made it to Las Angeles... on June 8! Still there. I will probably never see it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, or AHOYYL!
Can't get in touch with anybody and I want my refund and have not received my pkg. I've never never been through this before and it's sad that even the tracking # doesn't wheel
Ordered a nail gel kit picked uk warehouse and my tracking number takes me to a chinese webpage and tracking number is unknown. Never answered any emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID
