I took a loan out from Castle PayDay for $400.My repayment agreement was for $540.
They debited my account 3 times for $820. I have called 3 times and they agreed to return $140, but yet have to return it. I spend an hour on the phone each time and every time they tell me "we have to escalate it to a higher department, but don't worry". No one speaks English, so the communication barrier is ridiculous (outsourced in India).
This company is a scam- There are other options like Advance America who will not steal your money outright. This company literally stole money from my account that I do not owe. They take down all your info from the website, and never sent a copy of the agreement like they said they would.
Don't do it. They have hundreds of complaints against them. They are SCAM artists.
This was the third time I loaned with Big Picture Loans. The process was simple and fast. I knew rather quickly that I was approved. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs help with money in a pinch.
