Bigbattery

Purchased an inverter and battery from Big Battery. Out of the box we've had issues with the inverter. 3 months into doing everything they've asked and no closer to resolving the issue. Technical support department is no more than reading the manual. This week it's just ignoring me. No return on any of my emails. Too much detail to list, just want to say I would not recommend buying anything from this company. To bad. This could have been handled very easily.

I have been an apartment manager for over 30 years, and we hate our old lead-acid batteries. The maintenance of keeping the terminals clean, going out to get distal water, and we only get up to four years on our lead-acid batteries.
We replaced the six lead acid batteries with two new Lithium batteries from BigBattery.com, and it has been three months with no problems. It only costs $400 more than lead-acid batteries. We expect to get that money back from a lower energy bill within a year. It was an easy conversion. BigBattery.com was the lowest price I could find on the internet.
We are now switching the carts in our other two complexes to these batteries.

Purchased 2x EAGLE kit in August of 2022

Filed a complaint after installation on poor performance in that the 2 batteries would lose charge after 18 holes of golf. This is a stock cart with nothing special that would consume battery life. After extensive interaction with the Support team they still have not resolved the problem. Now after 9 months of use the batteries will not last 15 minutes of use.

The Support team gave me a LOT of homework with digital meter readings; unplugging / replugging; rebalancing; charger changes; etc. At this point I believe they are selling a faulty product and they will not honor their lifetime warranty per my repeated requests. I am now forced to go buy replacement batteries from a reputable manufacturer.

DO NO BUY A BIG BATTERY PRODUCT!
