Bi Design Studio

We visited BI Design Studio in El Dorado Hills and was very impressed with the staff and service we received. We made an appointment to have someone come out to our house to measure and give us a estimate to have new LVP flooring installed. A representative for BI Design Studio arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job of drawing out our floor plan and answered all our questions. We were looking forward to seeing their estimate and comparing it with other estimates we received from other installers. It has been three weeks and we still have not received a quote, that is too bad cause we would have liked to see what they had to offer. I read many of the reviews for their business and most are very favorable. Wish I could say the same.
