Won't answer mail.

Email and form mail question regarding wide forks never answered. I'm not feeling any level of confidence in this dealer. Their high ranking in Google search must be due to linking of these many bad reviews.

They have the worst communication skills ever in a business their products are cool but unfortunately they do not know how to respond on emails are calling back their customers an appropriate time I've been dealing for a past week trying to talk to someone and no one will communicate with me Worst customer service ever

Communication?

Purchased a set of headset bearings. Sent wrong part. Contacted them. No response. Disputing with bank. Tried to get the correct parts so i contacted a few other companies similar to this company and i get the same thing! No replies! Seems they might all be related!

Still waiting

Still waiting on lowrider bike to arrive they have not given me a tracking number to track shipment. I have continued to reach out but no response. Terrible customer service.
Got tired of not receiving answers to my calls or emails, waited like a week and a half.
I requested a refund and I don't recommend this company. They have terrible customer service and do not include a tracking number in your email receipt after purchase.

They cash the money, and they ship fast!
Then they do not reply to e-mail or answer your questions. International buyer get there damaged or poor quality good. Also, the packaging and shipping fee are not related.
I was disappointed with the services by there *******@bicycledesigner.com.

A Bike for my son
August 3, 2020

Me and my Husband ordered a bike from this company on June 16,2020 my husband never got a tracking number or anything he try's emailing them get no answer we try calling them got no answer I email them letting them know that this bike it for my son we ordered this bike way ahead of time hoping it would be a my home in time my son is autistic so if this company can just cancel my order knowing it was for my son how low will they go next me and my husband logged into the account earlier today as y'all can see from picture it saying New then when go log back in around lunchtime as y'all can see in the picture it says canceled and they don't have the balls to tell me why but I'm just waiting on my refund I don't recommend this company to no one

First off, they don't update their stock online! I purchased $600 in items From the site. I used my CashApp card to place the order. I sent a follow up email to make sure they had all of the parts I ordered. I get a call from a goofy $#*! dude named "Gary", calling for inform me that he didn't have a few of the items I ordered but, he did have other versions of the items and, it would reduce my total. I was cool with that because, there were 2 things I forgot to order so, I said I wanted to apply my balance to that. This dumb dude says he has to refund my money, and he'll send me a new invoice so I can use another card because, he felt like I was gonna receive the items, then claim fraud to CashApp! I argued with this dumbass for 15 minutes, trying to explain to him how important it was for me to have my bike and parts in a timely fashion because, I had a full production video shoot scheduled, and I didn't have time to wait 5 to 10 business days for a refund! This was a major inconvenience and they should treat their honest customers much better! I will NEVER patronize them after this! They can crash and burn for all I care!
