I could not line up the treats and the flowers - previously there was an option to tie them together, so they are now on separate days, not ideal, but couldn't figure out how to change. Thanks,

It's pretty easy to use but would like a little more detail on description of item and more options for add-ons.

You've been sending flowers for me for the better part of eleven or twelve years. i believe i first started using your service when i was deployed to Iraq in 2006. there's a reason i keep coming back. sometimes though, i will say i am a bit dissapointed in the actual vase the flowers come in, especially when i bought the expensive Vera Wang one once! if you could fix that, you'd get the full five stars, easy.

So far the experience has been easy and convenient. I wish I could see the end product. Can you send me a picture of the arrangement and email it to me?

The ad says that you are the number one florist! I can't wait to see if the bouquet ends up looking like the photo.

I was only disturbed by the no guarantee by a certain time. I changed the delivery date to the day before the funeral to insure that it arrives.
I would like something special on this, but saw no place to add it.

Unfortunately, the bouquet I wanted to purchase (Blue Tiffany with Star Lilies) wasn't available for the delivery zip code. This is the first time such thing has happened. I was able to find another bouquet with Star Lilies...so I think that will work.

the address/church/recipient issue was difficult and I didn't see a place to notify of time for the service in order to make sure the delivery was ok

I notice you used to have more options for birthday bouquets to choose from. I like the larger selection.

Good site but I wanted to add two things to my cart and after the first add it went straight to check out.

Called to order in person. Put on hold for 30 minutes. Nobody ever answered. Completed online order while on hold. Hope it gets to the intended recipient on time.

I was hoping to find something a little more of a keepsake. Flowers are pretty but they die. Quilts, wind chimes, etc are much more lasting.

Placing my order was very easy. However, the baskets need to include the dimensions of the various sizes. I called to inquire & the girl I spoke with also did not know the dimensions.

every item selected had a disclaimer about product availability and items looking slightly different so I'm not 100% certain how the actual arrangement will look

Don't see how to enter a coupon code. Need more suggestions for "Her Birthday". However, I have always had a positive experience with Bice's Florist.

Easy to navigate website and beautiful arrangements. I hope the delivered product looks just like the picture. Since I live over 500 miles away from the delivery location I won't be able to see the finished product and can't validate how satisfied I was with it.
