I'm totally disappointed with the quality and freshness of the roses that were delivered. Literally these roses are already withered and dying. I didn't feel excited to share via social media due to the disappointment. The roses literally looked as if they've been sitting for a good week and a half. I know good qualify of roses when I see them and this was by far not it. On a scale of 1-10, the delivery of service would get a 10 but 0.5 for quality. We just got married January 24th and this was my first flower delivery to this woman as my wife. This experience with Bice's this Valentine's Day has been a complete fail and disappointment.
Website kept flagging me as a "bot" when I tried to register. No idea why, and I'd say I'm more than a bit tech savvy. Terribly out of date end user experience, for example, no password parameters provided upon registration (character limit, allowed types, etc.). Had to place order as a guest. Likely will place online orders elsewhere in the future.
I was very disappointed in an order a while back, the manager was to call me back and never did. It took more than 15 minutes just to place an order. That's ridiculous. I'm on a new computer at my office -- the internet speed is good.

Someone was in the local office to answer my questions and I didn't think they would be open today on Jan. 2nd. After delivery: I asked for a specific delivery date and was assured the flowers would arrive that day. They did not arrive until late the next day and after the patient left the hospital to go home. I will not use Bice again.
I saw there was a discount code "FLOW10" when I first logged in. Then when I ordered, during checkout it didn't give me the discount option. Makes me wonder if your the company will delivered a quality gift. I am not looking for anything - just a quality product and it's not good to over promise and not deliver... no matter the discount.
The customer service rep I spoke with on the phone assured me that my order would be delivered in a timely manner, which kept me out of the doghouse.
I received an email that had a birthday code BDAYJAN*. I was unable to use it so I had to select the as shown flowers instead of the deluxe. Very disappointed.

your screens are tiny and very hard for "older" eyes to read. I almost quit halfway through because I could not read what I was typing. Please fix this for people in the future.
After receiving an erroneous email that my order had been delivered, I discovered that my order was delivered a day late after being passed off to another florist to deliver. The flowers were for my best friend's birthday. The flowers were beautiful but would have been perfect had they been delivered on time.
