Easy customer interface online.
The roses in the arrangement could have been fresher - they were a little too open for my taste and don't think they'll last more than a couple of days. For the price, these should be able to last a week or more.

I order from Bice's often, for my personal and for my work location needs and 2 times now my order did not make it on delivery date promised. I would expect that it would be seeing I am paying $14.99 for delivery and now $16 as the price has gone up. I understand things can happen with the 3rd party vendors for non local deliveries, but at least communicate that. Over all, Bice's does a great job, but the other vendors could use some better communication skills/system.
