Easy-to-use website. Was surprised about both a service charge AND a delivery charge.

Easy transaction... However I asked for a pink see through vase and received a dark vase almost black.
I have an account but couldn't remember my password. There was no place to check "forgot password". Flowers were not delivered on date requested but happy that delivery was made later. Recipients very happy with product. Thx
