If Only They Could Keep Employees

This business is okay, but better ones are out there. Some of the higher-up people have a "God" ego, and that does not mix well and is not in touch with helping "the person" instead of checking off a list of things; really get to know the people. If possible, it's advisable to retain good employees or remove those who are disruptive, as such behavior could lead to their departure. High potential needs some management tweaking. Overall, I would go back if things were tweaked and changed with the upper people!
