I don't get how I can deposit money wenever but wen I wanna cash out says I need to wait 2 weeks. Bull$#*!, don't use this site

Got bent over. I research (thought I did) about the site. Everything can up good until I deposited money into account. Went to somewhere in Beijing. They have no report of me trying to even deposit I there system. No help from them. Probably sold it off. Now I'm out the money and have to deal with my bank/cards. Complete bull crap and I would not recommend this site to anyone. You will get screwed too.

I also believe that the BetOnline poker games are rigged. In both tournaments and at the cash game tables I have experienced a incredible bad beat rate, and I suspect the site itself is in collusion with players. The hands that I routinely lose to are at impossible odds both pre-flop and post. Despite this these players constantly call any bets made and hit the miracle cards( consecutively a lot of the time) to take the pot. It borders on obvious. I would never recommend depositing a single cent on the site.

I've recently placed bets with bet online. After playing the free play bonus there is a slight caveat that is not listed anywhere that you have to pay 700% times your amount in order to get paid. When I asked the guy on the customer service line he said that nothing in life is free I was indebted $6,000 from playing the free play bonus. Even after you win you cannot receive any monies until 30 days after your free play bonus is cleared up. This site is a complete scam and they use everything against you in order not to pay you after you deposit your money. It's easy to get money in there but not easy to get money out of there. I will never play been online again nor any other gambling sites and this is why bookies are so great.

I've been playing poker on this site for some time now. Almost daily I see conversations in the chat about all the bots that are players. They will sit at multiple tables for hours on end and they never, ever respond to a chat. The site is full of them and it is my suspicion a long with many other players that the bots are Betonline's little minions. This is a hard thing to prove etc, etc. They certainly don't seem to have an active policy for getting rid of the bots in spite of the fact that the bots unfairly tip the odds against aspiring poker players. Until this is addressed I would strongly urge people not to use Betonline as your poker platform. Just remember it's BOTonline.
