Disgraceful treatment of customers. I have been a client of scam-master for quite awhile and have spent thousands of euros on their site. At first, their promotions were great and enhanced the betting enjoyment. Then they started making ridiculous restrictions on their promotions, such as restricting the use of free bets to max odds of 3 and then upping the wagering requirements of any free bets that win. That drastically reduced the possible bets that customers can use their earned free bets on.The promotions just got less and less enjoyable over time, so I contacted their support and informed them that I would like to withdraw my full balance and close my account. Suddenly, only after informing them that I no longer wish to do business with them, they lock me out of performing any action on my account and ask for photos on my bank card. Even though I was very reluctant to send such sensitive documents, I did so after masking the middle numbers. The system automatically verified the photo as valid and approved it. However, my account is still locked a day later and no one is interested in assisting. "Support", and I use that term very loosely, has resorted to merely telling me to "wait for their specialists" when they do reply, or mostly ignoring me completely. I am unable to withdraw my account balance of €1424 as it wants me to wager an extra €250 (for their wager all deposits fraudulent rule), but I cannot even do that as they have blocked my account from placing any wagers. After spending thousands of euros on this site, this is the treatment they give customers when the customer decided to no longer do business with them. Note that until I informed them that I no longer want to do business with them, there were no restrictions on the thousands I spent with them. They only blocked my account for this false "verification" after being informed of this decision. That is not any "verification", it is penalizing a customer for not wanting to do further business. I will be taking this matter further with an official complaint to the Gambling Authorities, as this is a completely unacceptable way to treat customers. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 also prohibits bookmakers from unreasonably withholding withdrawals due to document requests when such documents could have been requested prior to the withdrawal request. As stated in the act "A request made by a player to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be provided if the operator could reasonably have expected to have requested this earlier."
