Love your vacuums! It's my second one… the other one lasted about 25 years… with shedding dogs and their dirt brought in the house. Used at least 5 days a week. Glad to have our new one. Arrived quickly and in good shape. Thank you!
I purchased a P11 space pro vacuum cleaner and it worked for two weeks only. Since then I have had communication twice via email only with no results ending in any warranty coverage or replacement parts and I am coming up to the 1 year warranty period. Please buyer beware! I threw away several hundred dollars on this vacuum with terrible/zero customer service
Easy to find items, disappointed at how expensive shipping charges for a small dusting brush was. Should have been $4-6 at most with First Class postage, now $16 by FedEx.
Very good, however transitioning from the Wish List to the Cart seems a little bit clunky. But, your response speed and professionalism is significantly above the norm.

A competitive price and nice delivery offer overall compared to other internet sites. Coupons are misleading and do not amount to any savings on an expensive vacuum and needed items to operate it.

Following my order I had to cancel my credit card because someone tried to use it to purchase camera from B&H for over $1,000. Somehow the card was compromised. This was my only possible avenue for the attempt. It failed twice, thank goodness.

It would be helpful if the consumer was made VERY aware that there are no weekend business hours. I placed my order at 4:03 EST on a Friday. My order was not addressed until the following Monday, so the free overnight delivery was a bit of an oversell.
Average. Bit of a bother trying to click "place order" until I figured out that I had to specify type of shipping. You might want to add a warning button or have that field flash red to give the buyer a hint as to why the "place order" button is greyed out.
Have correct keyboard set up when asking for information -have numbers come up when numerical entries required;have underscore and @ symbol when e-mail required.
Wasn't able to use paypal. Their site said the shipping address received from the merchant wasn't valid (for some reason).

Frustrating trying to complete the order through Paypal last night. Sent a message and it was answered quickly this morning with a link to Paypal. The order was then completed quickly.
I would like to have an option to use my gift cards that have a balance less than the total of the invoice, and then pay the rest using my credit card.
A lot of things I wanted were out of stock. I had to buy another item to go over the 49 dollars I was at to get free shipping. Maybe you could say it's close enough to 50?
It was difficult to get the website to respond after I had attempted to order; and I was only offered two ways to pay, neither of them being a simple cc purchase.
I forgot my password, and it was a bit of a hassle to reset. I kept getting a message that my account was temporarily suspended. Finally got it. I really like the "reorder" feature so I don't have to search for my vacuum bag refills.
So far my experience has been limited to ordering and receiving the goods as communicated on the website. My expectations have been met thus far.
