Love your vacuums! It's my second one… the other one lasted about 25 years… with shedding dogs and their dirt brought in the house. Used at least 5 days a week. Glad to have our new one. Arrived quickly and in good shape. Thank you!
I purchased a P11 space pro vacuum cleaner and it worked for two weeks only. Since then I have had communication twice via email only with no results ending in any warranty coverage or replacement parts and I am coming up to the 1 year warranty period. Please buyer beware! I threw away several hundred dollars on this vacuum with terrible/zero customer service
FYI, Joy ordered this brush. I was on Amazon, the same brush came up for $24.00 -8% plus free shipping. Wow!
It took me about 6 tries to complete the order despite filling in every blank correctly. Not until I hit update would the "PLACE ORDER" recognize that I had clicked on it.
I had to go through the ordering process more than three times bc your website was malfunctioning. I have a new adddress and the website was not taking it. Then I went to my account to correct it that way. After saving changes and trying to checkout again, it still brought up the old address. Not fun.
I needed to change my debit card number and each time I tried message read credit card type did not match card number. I kept trying and finally got my order placed.
I've had to order the same products for the second time because my first order was cancelled by the fraud department. I have no problem with that except I was not informed about any problems. So having expected my product on Tuesday, I now have to wait for about a week to get it. This was a bit disappointing because the fast shipping was a the biggest reason I chose to get it through best vacuum.
Website was extremely slow. Had to wait over 20 minutes to place order and ended up reordering after the first order would not go through. Very frustrating.
So far so good. I will have to wait for delivery to complete my opimiiom
Product delivered earlier than expected and that was great! Very pleased and will shop this site again when needed.
