Love your vacuums! It's my second one… the other one lasted about 25 years… with shedding dogs and their dirt brought in the house. Used at least 5 days a week. Glad to have our new one. Arrived quickly and in good shape. Thank you!
I purchased a P11 space pro vacuum cleaner and it worked for two weeks only. Since then I have had communication twice via email only with no results ending in any warranty coverage or replacement parts and I am coming up to the 1 year warranty period. Please buyer beware! I threw away several hundred dollars on this vacuum with terrible/zero customer service

I ordered the wrong item. Getting return info has been a challenge. No reply from the company. I want to hate Amazon but frankly not many companies including this one make it easy to shop.

When you purchase, they don't say there are NO RETURNS, regardless of the reason, on commercial products. Their vacuum failed 15 minutes after leaving the shipping box. A replacement was purchased from another vendor and even though their unit is trash, there are no options. Basically they're strong-arming the sale. Fool us once, shame on them. There won't be a second opportunity.
Bad policy, bad customer service, bad product, bad purchase...BAD. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

Found the online ordering very frustrating. Could not find the discount code anywhere. No indication it was in an email in my inbox. Found it by accident.
I tried the site 3 times yesterday. My order including all of my personal information went all the through to place order window and then it just stopped.I waited for confirmation or information about what I had missed and again there was nothing. There was a chat window for if I was having a problem that said someone would get back to me shortly, but I waited for at least half an hour and no one did. This was. concerning and annoying.I called today before I reordered again, got someone within 3-4 minutes, and he checked to see if my order had gone through yesterday. He said it hadn't so I ordered again while he was on the phone to be sure if I had a problem, he could help with it, but this time it went through. I wouldn't have ordered again, except that I wanted to be sure my info wasn't misused and that it showed up correctly in your system. Working with your site was a disconcerting and worrisome experience.
I took five tries from my mobile device to buy. Need to get a better mobile checkout. I loved customer service though, they helped me pick which vacuum I needed.
Your website knew my email but wouldn't accept my password and resetting password was not working so I phoned but Sundays you are not staffed. Finally I got it to accept my account. Don't block me when it recognizes my email. It won't let me continue until I go back thru the original login. Big Pain. Yeah a customer already has that email- ME!
