Terrible company

I ordered a heated scarf for my wife and was concerned that the delivery date would not be met so I tried to contact them by email and tel number to no avail. The emails were not answered and the tel number doesn't exist. I tried live talking and this also didn't respond. The item has not been delivered and I am convinced that it never will be, please do not fall as I did with the convincing website which is a false impression of the company.
