I am a cancer patient and hoped to purchase a quality wig. The website photographs and the actual product are vastly different. The wig is of very poor quality. The company is impossible to reach and the package had no return slip. The wig comes from China and they expect you to pay for UPS all the way back. This is horrible to cheat a cancer patient out of $160.00. Bad karma and do not purchase anything from this company.

Don't ever purchase from this company. They don't provide a phone number or contact information and give bogus tracking information. Their service is horrible. I rate this company a "0".

I haven't been able to reach this company. The wig they sent came from China with no United States contact information. I paid $116 for a wig that looks like a Halloween Costume with 5 different colors in it. There is no return information in the packaging nor online -----I was shammed! Do your research before ordering online. Be assured that you're dealing with honest American Companies!

I ordered two wigs from this 'business' from an online catalogue made to look as if it was from the US, but is actually from China. When they arrived they were neither the style or color I had ordered, and were very badly made. They insisted that I send them back (at my own expense) with a tracking number. However, they must know that USPS does not give tracking numbers. I sent them the Customs number but they did not respond. Then they offered to compensate me a portion of the money they had fraudulently taken from me. I accepted but again they did not respond. I opened a case with Paypal to try to get my money back, but Paypal has decided to support their demand for the non-existent tracking number, (which they know is not available and they were also given the Customs number) and has upheld this scam. The lesson here is - don't ever buy from this company, and maybe not from the internet generally as there is no consumer protection against customers being robbed online.

Terrible site I boutgh 2 wigs 118.and 320 and received a diferent style nobody are able to give me the correct wig. This site will be see by police because they are stolen my money, there is no telephone number to contact and they have"nt any interested in make the consumer happy. SITE UNTRUST Terrible I Recomend Do not Buy.

Never get wigs, this site a sham! From China and can not get reply always, never buy!

Received a completely different product than i ordered and they did not try to correct the issue. I paid them $77.00 and they offerred me only $30.00 back.

I have been searching for THE perfect wig online at a reasonable price. I found EXACTLY what I wanted - style, color, price - at Best(ing) Wigs.com. Please understand: I am a Skeptic with a capital "S." My common sense told me on so may levels "DO NOT BUY THIS," but I so badly wanted to believe it was true. Turns out - everything they say, everything they offer - is a LIE. What I received was nothing like what I ordered; not the style, not the color, not the length - NOTHING! Hope you will trust me - as I should have trusted myself - when I tell you to keep looking elsewhere. I lost my money on a complete piece of crap.
