DO NOT BUY! Ordered a dress 9/2024, paid for expedited shipping, and it still did not get delivered in time or by the promised date. Returned the ill fitting dress, with everything they asked for: picture of package with return label, and picture of receipt, on 10/29/24. It is now 5/2025 and still no refund. Every once in a while they send a vague BS email because I keep emailing them. At one point they sent that they issued a refund but (surprise surprise) it never reached my bank account. Now they are saying it's past the 180 day refund period; even though they already said they would refund me. I even offered for them to send the dress back. I paid $130 then another $23 to ship it back and have nothing to show for it. BERLINNOVA ARE THIEVES!

I would rate 0 stars if possible. We returned a dress within the time frame, followed all the rules, had constant contact with customer service. Up until the dress arrived at the return facility. I have all documentation and they now refuse to respond. They have had possession of the returned product for 2 months. This is now theft. I have disputed the charge on my credit card. This seems to be the only way to try and get our money back. Never order from this company.

This company is a huge SCAM. Ordered a dress and reached out to them multiple times. The tracking information was very vague and didn't have no information. All it said it was delivered somewhere with Frisco. After reaching out again they ignored me for a month. Then they told me since I opened a claim with my bank they can't talk to me. Then they said my package was signed for but refused to show me the picture of the signature and the we site they provided had no information. I also had insurance on the dress and they won't let me open up a claim.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The dress I ordered was terrible quality and did not for right. Return policy is to reach out within 7 days. I sent multiple emails and got no response for over a month. Then they tell me I cannot return because I did not reach out in time. DO NOT ORDER from Berlinnova!

Awful. Dress arrived 3 weeks after my event. Customer service does not exist. Quality is terrible and the color was completely different. Do not buy from this China company.

There's NO WAY these reviews are real. No response when I reached out to customer service. The only way I got my $$ back was disputing the charges on my credit card

Ordered my daughters homecoming dress in royal blue and received it in light blue. Emailed their customer service 5x and messaged them on their FB and IG social media accounts and NO RESPONSE.
Luckily my daughter likes the light blue but BEWARE if your order is wrong.

The black shiny dress is very elegant and same time sexy. Shows all the curves. Very comfortable. Dress have padding, so no need to use some special hidden bra.The dress style make me look taller which I like a lot. The quality of stitches is perfect, sequins on place, don't fall apart.

Absolutely loved this dress it was very pretty the color was also very bright. I kept receiving compliments on how pretty my dress was and it made me feel very happy.

My daughter ordered a dress that did not fit. We followed all the return policies and was told the "Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged." What a scam. Never order from this website.
