This platform is extremely problematic. It is obvious that they have poured time and money into aesthetic and functionality. However, they have devoted very little time to content and quality. From what I can gather, they take recycled test prep material from other companies. Some companies are generally reputable and do an okay job. However, some companies are absolutely horrendous content. I reviewed about 4 to 5 prep packages offered on their site, and found egregious errors in their content. When I brought it up to support, they were slow to respond, and vague about how they would amend these errors. Instead they asked me to send screen shots of these problems, even though they have a 'flagging system' on their platform. Furthermore, from reading about their company, it seems like the are going to expand instead of fixing what they currently have. Their posts of their office lunches instead of actual content on their facebook page just adds insult to injury.
