Service / Support: I truly appreciate the quality of the service they have provided me over these many years with them. I find they are honest and transparent, and provide efficient services better than most other brokers. Support have always been helpful, and are quite accommodating when you become a valued client.
I have lost my money in this platform. I tried withdrawal nothing worked. Why should the you be forced to pay extra money for commission fees when already you have money with them. They should deduct it from your portfolio and let you get the balance.
It has been a great ride, I like the trading features, copy trading is an underrated strategy especially when the broker offer good copy traders.
