I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise. I always check the info on what material they use before purchasing. I received the items approximately 4 weeks after I ordered. Only 2 out of 5 items were as advertised. The others were made from a different fabric, or were grossly misrepresented in the pictures. One was a completely different design and material. To be fair, one of the items that was correct was a pair of sneakers. I don't think you can really misrepresent those. I will not be ordering from them again, especially because their return policy is vague in terms of whether you will be refunded if you choose to return any item. The first pic is what I ordered. The blue and white top is nothing like the actual picture. It is supposed to be ribbed and fitted. The multi striped top looks like the picture, but the material is not what was represented. It is supposed to be a cotton blend. It is strictly polyester.

I recieved a tank top and flip flops. They both look differently than they did online. The flip flop straps are sooo loose I can barely walk in them.

The two shirts I ordered took a long time to get here, and were sent straight from China. They were advertised as T-shirts, but seem to be 100% polyester. There is no tag in the shirt explaining what it is made out of or what the washing instructions are.

Prepare to keep everything you buy regardless of fit or quality. I was offered 15% back to keep the items which was insulting since I wanted to return 4 items for lack of quality totaling over $70. One dress was completely see through. So disappointing. I will not be a returning customer.

One shirt didn't look like the picture the navy blue colour in the shirt is purple.
And another $#*! I ordered in a medium size was packed as an extra large and what am I supposed to do with that?

So I ordered 2 tops, a pair of earrings and a bracelet. I went out of town for 3 weeks, when I came home I got my package. (I did keep up with tracking) while away) it took about a month, I ordered this a month before leaving. Anyway so I get home and i open it, I was so excited and received the earrings, 2 tops but no bracelet? So I looked all thru mail thinking it was sent separate? No! Realized everything was in same package so it was missing. I can't find the number anywhere to call to talk to someone. I finally figured out you have to email them. You know how much time that takes? Also to have to wait on a response? Omg! So irritating! So I email them on a Friday and they don't respond until Monday so I have to wait 3 days. Then they said they sent all 3 items? No you didn't. So I took a pic of what I had. Look, this is exhausting. I'm moving up north this week. I just want my dang bracelet or my refund. So needless to say don't order from them. You may have a better experience than me but I am annoyed. I liked all my things and the tops fit! But I won't go back thru a month of waiting and then not get everything I ordered. No thanks!

Be aware there return policy (not stated anywhere) have you send the item back to a China address which forces you to keep the item. They will not give you a USA address for returns even though their shipments are from the USA.

Wow - I placed an order and recieved everything. Out of all the items, I didn't like the way 2 looked on me. On "Bellelily" website, for returns they say to email *******@bellelily.com - so I did, and explained the issue, but praised all the other items I recieved.

They came back and said you must have ordered the wrong size. Please take a photo of you wearing it and we will help you with a solution.

I wrote back - the items fit fine. I ordered the correct size and recieved the correct size, I just would like to return these 2 as they don't look very good on me.

When I hit send THE EMAIL BOUNCED BACK AND SAID THEY REJECTED IT.

I had some items sitting in my cart to place another order, but after this I will never order from here again. Terrible customer service. So dissapointed. Would NOT RECCOMEND.

I wish I received my purchase. The tracking info is in Chinese. I'm grateful I didn't go on a shopping spree. However, if the price is too good to be true then research the company. I tried the chat... No response. Emailed, nope. So my friends lesson learned.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy or risk someone messing with your Identity. Better to pay full price for an item your guaranteed to be satisfied.

I have placed my order (some very pretty swimsuits) in the beginning of January, I have asked every week in February when it got to 30 days... I've been to the post office every week for the last 5 weeks, so I've received 3 out of 4 packages today and... Its bad, like uhhggg very bad, the fabric is not like advertised it is hard, not the same color, the padding in the tops are very cheap its making my boobs look pointy and weird shaped and i have nice round boobs... when i tied the tops around my neck i could actually hear the thread snapping and the bottoms doesnt cover my butt and i have ordered a size bigger then i wear because i know im a bit overblessed in that area... one of the swimsuit i ordered looks like lacey top and bottom very romantic and pretty when i open it its like this very cheap see trough lace, looks more like sexy undies and i will have to wear something underneath because you can see every bit of everything in detail Item #: *******... very disappointed, wanted to order a lot more because the pictures of the stuff they show is so pretty, but wont because it doesnt look the part when it gets to you...

The jewelry is nice. The clothes, and flip flops are plastic. The bathing suits come not the way they are pictured. I bought a "cashual" bikini that showed the bottoms fully covering the lower half. I get it and it's a thong like bathing suit. Lol this place is not somewhere I'd shop all the time. It gives me 5 and below vibes. Which there is nothing wrong with that just from the way it is cheaply packaged to the prices seeming low, but should be lower.

Some stuff is good some stuff is cheap and you may want to go somewhere else
