Yes beezid is real but but only if your trying to get items that are worth bout $ 20 all the big priced items you can try all you want to get but wonth happen. My guess is they have people with fake account not only bidding so you can waste your bids and buy more but buying the items them selfs, ofcource there the 1/1000 chance the your the lucky one that they need a positive feed back from. So dont waste your time
You would be more successful putting you $ in a slot machine than in Beezid. To join Beezid, it cost $70 to purchase bids. Then a sales rep will call you and attempt to sell you $275 more of bids. The rep that called me screwed up and said, " You can't win any bids with just $70 of bids. To have any chance of winning a bid you have to buy the $275 extra package. This is a SCAM at $70 per customer. DO NOT JOIN BEEZID!
Pathetic Canadian Rubbish - Don't get me wrong, I love Canada. I am just pointing out that they are beyond the control of the US. The practices used by this company or so deceptive. They advertise that items are won at significant discount. This is hardly ever true. You have to pay for the bids to participate in the auction and then you pay the auction price. Generally the only participants that win are the ones that on the site all the time. They purchase literally ten of thousands of bids and the average person can never outlast them. I would not be surprised to know that Beezid has made up fictitious participants and they bid against legitimate participants. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. BEEZID IS A HUGE SCAM!
Ok... The site CAN be costly (bid packages costs lots of $$. But wouldn't that be ok if the $$ spent will last for a few days... And not be burnt up in minutes? Will the site not have shills with generic names that go on to shake the HELL out of real bidders? Fix this and ratings will go up
From reading other reviews I think Beezid is using local Craiglists sites to lure customers. If you see a great price on a Craiglist item and then the seller says, "Sorry, I just sold that, but I buy on Beezid. Just wait for the bidding to slow down and you can win", that's the scam. Just fair warning, Craigslist is their set up to get you to join Beezid.
Beezid.com is a 419 people. If u dount know what 419 means google. Do not fall 4 the $#@! Beezid is providing. U may as well go to the store and get the item that u want right away. Becos on beezid u are spending the same amount or moor and wight 4weeks
Listen up people. I am on a mission to destroy the myths and urban legends on all penny auction sites. My first encounter is with the site beezid.com. I can tell you that the website is real, they ship products won by members, it does cost money to get a decent amount of bids to bid with. The bot thing, seems to me that there are real people on the other end bidding against real people, and was made up because users didn't do the research on a particualar item or time the auction was listed/ended. Also the user might have been discouraged when someone else came along and bidded over them with no extra bids to try and outbid the person now winning the item. Let me know if I can show you on this site how I came up this review. There will be a lot more pennyauction sites reviewd in the near future I hope I can say all sites are real but my hopes are just hopes.
Totally a scam! Say something sells for $1.00, that means that it had a hundred bids. We itactually cost you $70.00 because those 1 cent bids cost you 70 cents. They also try to reel you in with bonus bids, like bu 100 1 cent bids you pay $70.00and you get 100 bonus well its not like a 100 free bids! The way it works is that for every 5 bids you use you only get to use 1 bonus bid, so YOU"LL never get to use all of those bids, ever! I feel ripped off, Dont do it!
You read some of the reviews and most of them touch on some of the reasons why you should not participate on Beezid. I repeat do not play with Beezid unless you like flushing money down the toilet. You buy bidpacks to give you the right to bid, you bid then you pay the final price of the prize. The average bid will cost you about 40 cents. If you think you are going to win a laptop or a TV with $50 worth of bids think again. As another reviewer eluded to, the chance of this happening are about 1 in 1000. This site is overrun by power bidders with thousands of bids. These same individuals will win most of the bigger ticket items. The rest are 15 gift cards, batteries, cheap costume jewerly. Even these prices can be difficult to win. Read the 1 and 2 star reviews here if you dont believe. RUN AWAY! Unless you want to spend 2-$300 for a $15 gift card and a pair of $12 costume jewerly..
I watched and studied this site and read about their blog strategies. I bid on an item and spent almost $300 and then the item Iwas bidding on suddenly was sold without me getting an opportunity to bid on it because it was sold with 7 seconds on the clock! When I called to complain, they said it was a glitch in my computer, which is a brand new laptop (macbook air) with high speed internet. He also said I never would have won because the person who won had thousands of bids. I lost hundreds of dollars and I want my money back! I AM PISSED OFF!
I paid 50 dollars for 200 bids do belive and 400 free promo bids. As it is they said i used 250 of my bids and now I have none Will 2050 bids does not equal up to 600 bids, I have been trying to get back to them to get my money back and all i get is computerized voices and never a real p[erson because when i talked to this fellow whose name i will not mention told me he was handing me over to customer service and i was hung up on, since then i have no longer been able to get a human being. This has to be one of the worst scams that I have ever been involved with. I do not reccomend this site for anyone it will end up costing you probably more than if you went to the store for it and I really do believe this
I actually thaught this site was a scam, i have won an 50" LCD TV for just $100 and on the same they i won the Sony Surround Sound, i got all my items and everything was new. All that are telling its a scam is because they spent a lot of money on bids, i just spent $50 and that was all. People are hating because they can't win stuff and things like that!
Charged me without knowing until I went to question my deposit from work. Charged me $ I could have used getting something for my children at the walk in store. They overdrafted my acct and refused to give me my cash back. They are liars and theives and won't admit it! Never again.
Firstly, the "free bids" they offer to you aren't free, you must purchase bids in order to recieve your "free" bids.
Secondly, the selection is actually quite limited.
Third, the fact that you have to pay for bids and then actually pay for the item is rediculous and provides the average winner almost no savings at all.
Fourth, items don't end at the end time, every time a bid is placed the server sets 10 more seconds to allows hundreds of more bids to be placed, making "final bids" last for hours.
Altogether beezid.com is nothing but a scam, you can spend lots of money on bids and NEVER win any items at all. I would suggest eBay.com instead.
Warning to all who want to try Beezid.com... DO NOT... IT IS THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF WEBSITE I have ever experienced. It will take your money and you will have nothing to show for it. If you like putting your money directly into a garbage can, go ahead and go to Beedzid and I guarantee you, that's what you will feel you have done! We have got to stop this website from ripping-off people! Please join me in letting the public know that they will be ripped-off and let the people know who can do something about this kind of sight that steals people hard earned money. Beezid does not care about you; it is a money making scam!
Like many others before me, I was curious so I bought their basic bid pack, and of course I was blown away, some person from who knows where dumped almost 500 bids on that same item. Sometime later Beezid offered me double the bid for regular price so i thought i would get their large pack which gave me a thousand bids. I ended up losing every bid and had not won an item. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! If you feel like gambling (which this sight basicaly is) go to your local casino, you will have better chance of winning something.
To anyone reading this - more than likely you have been scammed and hurt by Beezid. There is information being shared that Beezid has been defrauding their customers for a very long time. The good news the site is on "stand by" and they can not hurt anyone else. The bad news is the victim count is very high and the damages in the thousands of dollars. There is information on a forum that a couple of hundred of customers are participating in. It is called Pennyauctionsforum.com. This is a place to go to learn about others experiences, the type of fraud perpetrated and how to get your money back through chargeback. Also, there may be a class action law suit and a place to register your information in the event that occurs so you may participate. I hope to see you there.
I recently signed up with Beezid and I was hoping to win SOMETHING just for kicks and giggles. With my 25 sign up bids, I ACTUALLY won. I won a $100 gift card to Wal-mart and 50 free bids. Haha. I used the Auto-Beezid and used 21 of my 25 bids. So all in all, It was a fantastic choice. I just got my card in the mail today. And paid $8.40 including shipping. I have to say that shipping is the expensive part. :/ It's REALLY pricy, but other than that, I have NO complaints. If you are NOT using Auto-Beezid, you're going to have a hard time winning. I say: GO FOR IT. Don't bother buying the bids if you don't have to. Try to see what you can get with your free bids. :D
This is just a complete waste of time. I tried the free b8ds and found very quickly that there is no way to win. Save your time and money. Total BS. Clark Howard Of CNN advised that these sites are a TOTAL SCAM and they appear to be just that.
Why are you guys (beezid) such crooks? The negative comments must be true when there are a dozen or more of them!
I was about to try your website but now I'm staying away... you guys suck!
Answer: Whe I signed up there was NO mention of buying bids. My oly saving saving grace was filing a fraudulent charge on your card You will have to close the card, but it is worth it. I don't know how long ago you made the acct, but i would get on the phone with the bank first thing tomorrow and handle this. They are crooks, but you have to learn your options whe you make the mistake of signing up with them. I hope this helps.
Answer: Yes they will with out notice
Answer: I lost a lot of money (thousands) on this website because I obviously fell for it hook, line and sinker and, of course, your coach will keep getting you to buy bids until you are broke, just like in any casino. That is all these sites are is gambling. The house always wins, them being the house and if you do win something, most of the cheaper stuff is just that Cheap. Looked on there the other day and they actually had paper towels to bid on. I don't know how they get away with calling this an auction site. I have been to plenty of auctions and if you don't win the bid, then you don't lose your money unlike here. When you first sign up they will make sure you win and then it's downhill from there. They change the rules all the time to suit themselves. And you will never convince them that anything is wrong, they won't give you back 5 bids--too greedy. My advice is to get off the website and don't look back. They will start calling and not let up! The last time I posted here, I heard from them the next day and they asked me to take my comments down--if they are so legitimate why would they do that? Needless to say, I didn't.
Answer: Most of the bids only cost. 01 -. 03 -. 07 depends on how you buy bids... You can see the average cost of the "winners" bids when the aution closes over on the right side of the screen... YES the same bidders are in there most all the time, so called power bidders... Yes they use the AUTO bid function, YES some people have said they feel like some of these bidders are "FAKE" computerized bidders that Beezid uses the program to build up the price of an item. After all that is how Beezid makes their $$... MY advise is to be very cautious, you will never get wins of value compared to the amount of $$ you spend to buy bids... Their "Coaches"... their job is to talk you into buying more bids and spend more of your money... that is their job... and they have a way of talking to make you think they are really "Helping" you to bid smart! It is BULL!
Answer: In your question you asked,"Why is everyone giving you bad reviews?" Who is "you"? Who are you referring to? This is just a site that warns people about fraudulent encounters with a broad range of Companies. Please be more specific with your question or just be smart and read all the reviews and take it how it is. Sorry I couldn't answer your question, but if you're planning on being another victim for Beezid to rip off, that's your choice. We just try to stop people from being ripped off by these so called Companies.
Answer: DON'T BID AND STAY OUT OF BEEZID THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
Answer: It it walks like a duck...
