Beddy's

They falsely led me to believe that what I was buying was 100% cotton. It's not. That's just the filling. The outside is completely polyester. They won't pay for shipping for your return or reimburse you for the shipping you paid when you ordered the product even though mine came with free shipping. So it cost me $40 to return something I don't even want. And they make it impossible to write a review on their website although they claim high reviews. Very awful experience.

We were so happy to get our beddys for our boys, sad to say not even a year later and the fabric is coming separated from the zipper. I contacted beddys and I was given a gift card but it is only for 75% of my purchase price which is not enough to purchase another one, pretty disappointing after the price we paid! I don't think based on the price and the quality with a warranty that does not cover a replacement that they are worth it. Do not buy, you will be disappointed like me.

I purchased a King set of Beddys approximately 6 mos ago. These are very expensive sheets. You can see from photos how they have held up. When I contacted Beddys I was told it wasn't an issue with the quality and I should sew or patch the holes. But as a good customer service gesture they were giving me 50% off another set. I am so disappointed in this set. Don't waste your money.

I have spent over 1500 on Beddys. The concept is great the quality over time is crap.The bottom sheet part ripped after 18 months. We contacted them and they don't sell bottom replacement or replace after 365 days. I'm done with this place. I bought for every bad in my house. I had sheets from Walmart last 6 years. Spend 400 dollars for this crap.

My husband really liked the idea of this bedding when we saw them at the Parade of Homes. We purchased the Queen size navy with no minky. The color is beautiful but compared to my previous comforter that was a true navy, this is not navy. It's more of a royal blue. The pillowcases are really small and our pillows barely fit inside. My husband and I are not big people, but we struggle to both sleep under the covers since it doesn't feel big enough to sleep us both comfortably. I love how easy the zippers slide and I found it easy to wash. I love this concept for my son and may be purchasing one for him in the future once he's potty trained. We got ours on a major discount due to it being on sale and then we had a 20% coupon on top of that, but it was still over $200. That seems insane to me. We've been sleeping on it for 1 week so far and overall we like it but I can't say that I'm sold yet.

Adorable and functional built-in queen bunks in our guest room were so great on paper, but not so great when it came to changing the bedding with our high influx or visitors. It was uncomfortable, time consuming and just DREADED. Beddy's we're a complete game-changer. It took less time to put our Beddy's on BOTH BUNKS than it typically took me to wrestle a fitted sheet on one. They are soft, well-made and way more functional than I expected (heck, I was happy that they zipped - but the liner and the cases and shams are some of the nicest I've seen.) These are honestly a miracle for owners of bunk beds. Thank you, so very much. I'm truly amazed and beyond satisfied.

This company's product quality is TERRIBLE! If you are thinking about ordering from this company, please don't waste your money! I ordered 3 different Beddy's from them the same week I ordered a bedding set from Pottery Barn. The PB set still looks brand new; however, the Beddy bedding is not usable. Holes in the fabric, zippers broken, faded fabric and pilling. I tried to notify the company but they are unresponsive and have blocked me from their FB page. They are deceptive in their marketing. I bought this product because of their reviews but they remove or don't allow any reviews that aren't 5 stars. (I have photos but can't get them to load.)

At first we loved our Beddys set, but over time holes started appearing all over the bottom sheet and then eventually the sides of the pillows and top of the sheet. I wanted to love these, but the quality just isn't there for a product at this price point.

I contacted customer service and they did offer 25% off a new set, but why would I purchase another set just to have this problem again two years down the road. I think they either need to lower the price point to reflect the quality and expectations, or offer a money back guarantee (they currently do not after the 14 day period).

I also was mistaken when I thought these were American made, they manufacture in China (not a crime just something that I didn't know) and the quality control just isn't there. This whole purchase was disappointing and we ended up tossing out our set. We have just two people in our home with one pet, I would NOT recommend these for high traffic homes with kids or Airbnbs like they advertise.

Although I LOVED the concept, my husband and I bought a king beddy in aprill of 2021. It is now oct of 2022 and I am already contacting the company of material that has ripped on the inside of my bed.
They said I was out of the range of warranty guarantee, and offered me a 25% off coupon, but why would I want to waste more money (hundreds of dollars) to get another beddys that will last me what a year?
I am so disappointed. I bought 4 beddys with them, and now regretting that decision.

I love the concept -- beds easy to make for kids, attractive well-made all-in-one mattress cover, sheets, and comforter. I bought two twin sets for grandsons for when they visit our new home. It was a bit pricey, but if I could have a nice look and easy bed-making when they are here, it would be worth it.

I ordered x-long twin bed mattresses and frames and noted that Beddy.Com said that the twin size is loose enough that it fits fine for x-long twin. It is a tight fit and shows up that the large plaid isn't well matched on the corners, so instead of a polished look, I have something that is stretched tight and doesn't match. Not the product quality I expected for the price.

If you have ever made the top bunk bed, you know how difficult it is. It's like a cardio workout and then the comforter never looks nice, it always looks bunched up and messy. Beddy's was the BEST invention ever for bunk beds! Put it on like a fitted sheet and you're done! When it's all zipped up, the beds look nice and neat. My oldest was so jealous that his younger brother got Beddy's for his bunk beds, he wanted one for his bed! Now they both actually make their beds. They both love the feel of the minky and love that there isn't a sheet to get tangled up in. Great job Beddy's!

I bought a queen size set that kept shrinking every time I washed it. I contacted the company they said I must have gotten a defective set. They to, d me they stand by their products and sent me a gift card for 75% of the purchase value instead of sending me a new set. They wanted me to spend another 25%, hunch is a no for me. Basically they stand behind the products but not fully.

We typically see this issue when the sheet is snagged from getting stuck in the zipper. Generally it starts off very small and almost unnoticeable and then spreads very quickly with washing and use. We don't consider this a manufacturing defect.

It totally is a manufacturing defect, since you can wash it in your washer because this happens. Please tell your customers they need dry cleaning for your pieces, or else theirs will have holes in 6 months.

They gave me a gift card that I don't want because i'm not buying ever again from BEDDYS. Instead of spending $300 with them I'll buy Pottery Barn amazing quality and customer service.
