At first we loved our Beddys set, but over time holes started appearing all over the bottom sheet and then eventually the sides of the pillows and top of the sheet. I wanted to love these, but the quality just isn't there for a product at this price point.
I contacted customer service and they did offer 25% off a new set, but why would I purchase another set just to have this problem again two years down the road. I think they either need to lower the price point to reflect the quality and expectations, or offer a money back guarantee (they currently do not after the 14 day period).
I also was mistaken when I thought these were American made, they manufacture in China (not a crime just something that I didn't know) and the quality control just isn't there. This whole purchase was disappointing and we ended up tossing out our set. We have just two people in our home with one pet, I would NOT recommend these for high traffic homes with kids or Airbnbs like they advertise.

Thank you for your feedback. We have had many of our customers use their Beddy's sets for many years, but the life span varies as it is dependent on frequency of wash and use. Our warranty only covers up to 365 days because it is made mostly of fabric, which does wear out over time. We believe we are one of the few companies that offer such an extensive warranty coverage on a product such as ours.
All Beddy's sets are made in China in a factory that is highly regulated. We are in frequent contact with our employees there to oversee the quality and conditions.
