Beatdropscloset

I ordered a item from this web site that was small and easy to ship. I ordered it on 12/04/10. On the 27th I emailed them telling them to cancle my order, on the 31st they said they can't cancel my order because it has already been shipped. I looked up when they sent it... =.= they had sent it the day before on the 30th. But when I put in the tracking number on the USPS site it said that they recieved the shipping information electronically from the business but no product to ship (by the way I checked USPS site on 1/03/11). Today I sent them another email telling them that If I don't recieve my product in 3 days I'm returning it and expecting a full refund. So over all I've been waiting for a product to arive for a month, they lie to me when it has been shipped, refuse to cancel my order, and their site garenteed that if the product was to take longer then 10days to make it to you they would email you in advance. I recieved no email. I had paid $5 for shipping to make it there in 3-5 days. Wow what a mistake!
