The functionality of this site is easy to use and known for being trustworthy with the ease of sales of quality artist (orphan) bears and Steiff animals. I like the affordable membership format, the site is well maintained and does not take sales commissions. Transactions are made safely and securely. The community is respectful and a pleasure to be a part of. I have been a member for several years. Thank you Dave and to ll those who have purchased from me.
I've had a seller blaming me and sending me nasty emails for a month, I finally left her a one star review and bearpile, just went in and changed it for five star. Helping nasty artists/sellers keep behaving that way. When I stood up to his behavior by leaving feedback he sent this to the seller and copied me, adding bullying and intimidation, a touch of harassment and gaslighting, with clearly stated intent to slander and/or libel my name to impact my ability to buy from artists in the future.

I have ordered from Bearpile so many times in the past year, I have secured my mailman's retirement! What a great site with so many choices. It is very easy to use and once you create an account you can select favorite artists as well as favorite items! All your email conversations are there and you are able to leave reviews, ask questions, and more. The only thing I wish was offered was a layaway option. Many artists will take payments, but it is not readily available.
Twinkles is a beautiful bear from Beckoning Bears - extremely well made and accessorized. Tammy packs her bears with love and care. You get a laminated information card, beautifully wrapped bear - not just wrapped in tissue paper - but packaged beautifully and with love. This is the second bear I was able to adopt on line and they both have come so beautifully packaged - a dream to unwrap. Thank you to Tammy who takes a large amount of love and care in making her bears. Well done! Thank you Sharon

I found this site through a friend and I am absolutely IN LOVE! Every creation on this site has my whole heart. The artists on here are amazing. Gorgeous, one of a kind work on here. You won't find these kind of stuffed animals in a store, ever. LOVE THIS SITE!
I have been on Bear Pile for over 9 years, and it is the absolute best bear site on the web! I have both bought and sold bears and it is not like the other impersonal sites, but like one big cuddly bear family. Everyone is so helpful and the talent of the artists on there is incredible. Dave is the glue that holds it together with his great communication, innovative ideas to make the site better, and he is super friendly and easy to contact. I am totally addicted!

What a joy Bear Pile is! No fancy formats and over complicated set ups! It is simple and seamless to use, has all the intuative tools you need to sell and offer an efficient service to customers and doesn't rip you off in fees or pushy packages! This platform is set up by a bear collector for bear collectors and it is a joy! It is incredibly friendly too and although you could be daunted by the astonishingly talented designers I have been made to feel my little creations are just as worthy!

I just love the little bumble bees and HAD to adopt one for myself :) the sure was a bit hard to navigate at first but I would definitely buy another cutie again!
