Beardedgoat

I placed my third order with Bearded Goat (in other words, I'm a repeat customer), but it was never delivered at my address. The USPS tracking status indicated that it was left somewhere in my town at a front desk/reception/mail room—none of which exist at my address. No delivery address was provided. No signature was required or logged. In other words, Bearded Goat shipped the items I had paid for via a very unreliable method, and the items were never received. Despite this, Bearded Goat refused to resend my items, provided awful customer service, and washed their hands of my transaction, telling me it was not their problem and that I needed to file a claim with the Post Office, even though I was not the shipper, don't know any of their shipping account info, and it was them that chose to ship my items without a signature required. In other words, they're a scam when it comes to bearing responsibility for getting their goods into the hands of customers who ordered them; they don't truly care or put forth any effort beyond dropping packages into the USPS system. All I can say is beware of Bearded Goat, and they have lost me forever—someone who would have faithfully continued shopping there until they mistreated me as a customer.
