Amazing customer service! I ordered £20 worth of resin molds and little bits to go in resin, as cheap as 50p! I was expecting quite bad quality for the price but they are outstanding. The response back from emailing them after some shipping problems was super quick, and they were so happy to help! I've received my first order, and put another order in the same day as I was so impressed. Customer service is 10/10 and the quality is amazing for the prices.

I ordered Christmas beads from Bead Park in mid November, and they JUST arrived in my mail today. A MONTH LATER! And I already took into account that the USPS was a little slow, but a MONTH?!? Absolutely ridiculous! I will never order from this company again!

Beware! I ordered heart necklace trays and cabochons. Received heart trays with round cabochons that didn't fit the trays. Totally useless. No refund given after multiple emails and I sent pictures. Some other items were discolored. Junk, don't waste your money.
