I returned the item with a tracking number. The delivery service provided info that the parcel has been successfully delivered.
The contact person claims that they have not received the parcel.
I would not recommend to use this site for purchase.

Been trying to get a hold of customer service about my order, have not heard anything back! I have tried emailing and messaging on facebook. Wish someone would get back to me! Wish I could find a phone number!

I made a purchase of 4 bathing suits. 3 did not fit properly and returning them was more complicated and costly than the total value of the purchase. Not using or recommending this site for future purchases.

The suits are nice BUT they state you can make returns... when in all reality you cannot, I ordered 3 and I was offered $5 a piece for a credit, when I complained It was upped to 50% towards a new suit. The order is shipped to you from a US address but when you return is to China. AGAIN they do not take returns and you will lose $$

The bikinis are very good quality and very suitable and also you can choose different models with great colors.
I highly recommend this brand, I loved their products

Lovely looking swimsuits, but very cheaply made! Mine had faulty stitching and a seam coming apart. After 10 emails back and forth I eventually got 5% refund. I suspect it will be only able to be worn once or twice:-(

Ordered swim suit on June 11th. I paid the extra money to get it early because we were going on a trip. It is July 12th and the swim suit has not arrived. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they have responded to my emails.

Despite how their website and social media pages look, this company is based out of China, but they want you to believe they are US based. So much so, that my tracking number showed my package traveling from China via Yun Express, but the label on the package says Shipping Dept 5215 S Boyle Ave Vernon, Ca *******, delivered via 1stEx and OnTrac. I am giving them 2 stars because my items came in the time frame they were promised and they did resemble the pictures from their website. However, I found the quality to be poor and the sizing off. I used their sizing guide and unfortunately everything still fit small, for myself and for my daughter. The proportions of the swimsuits were off, the pads were unflattering, they were round, and one of the swimsuits had the padding so smashed, I couldn't even try the top on correctly. There is not much stretch to the material and you can literally hear the stitching split when you try to pull the top on over your head. I contacted customer service and did get a response, here is the response they gave me:

"Thanks for contacting.

It's just our warehouse is in China. Return shipping cost is on customer's part.

Return takes long time and it could be stuck on custom. We refund only if we receive your return.

You have too many itemes to return, it is very likely to be stuck in customs.

If we cannot receive the return, we will not be responsible, and will not refund you. You might lose your money.

Please decide carefully.

To help you fix the problem effectively, there are 3 options for you to select:

A) Exchange for New Item: we resend you 5 new items with 50% off price or 1 new item for free instead of return. (Most customers choose this)

B) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. We can refund USD$5 for each return item. This way can save your much effort and time.

C) Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer the valid returning tracking number.

I ordered 5 swimsuits for myself and my daughter and I am going to get a $25 refund for my $160.00 purchase. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable company.

I ordered 5 suits, thinking I would try them on and return what didn't work. The sizing was way off, some mediums fit, some were too big, and some were too small. "Sally" has responded to all of my requests that she would send more suits and I could keep the others when I really just want a refund. I thought I read somewhere that they were in California but there is no way this is a US company.

Everything was ok, they answer me fast and I like all the swimsuits the brand have. I recommended a lot

Purchased a dress and jumpsuit. Dress was medium but fit like extra small. Jumpsuit was ok. They gave me a return address but the cost to send it back is not worth the trouble. Wont order again.

Super cute dress, but after one wash on "hand wash" setting, and having it to dry, it shrunk several inches and is like a tunic top now. I reached out to the company and they said to send pics. No refund or replacement has been offered and now I have a dress I can't wear.

Ordered a swimsuit I was excited about- I had a trip coming up in 8 business days. Paid extra for shipping- 5-7 days- came on the 8th day so missed it. Once tried on- did not fit correctly, as is expected because swim suits can be difficult to love fit no matter the size. I go to return item and was given a return address in China. Making it not worth shipping any of their product back. The only other options were to get 1/2 off another (once again not assuring fit) OR receive $3 in reimbursement. So I paid $50 and get $3 back.
For a company that sales clothing and swimsuits- their return policy is absurd! Product was okay but be prepared to be committed!

Beachsissi does have some cute things for a decent price! I found 2 things I loved in my order of about 6-7 items. HOWEVER, do NOT order thinking that you can return ANYTHING. Their website says you can return things, but you can not feasibly do so as they force you to return to their warehouse in China. Shipping obviously would be enormously expensive AND they won't refund you if it "gets lost in customs." I'm sure lots of returns get "lost" lol. They will offer you a few "free" items or half off items as compensation but I basically lost $180 to these people... I was SO disappointed as I thought this site was going to be a new favorite. DON'T ORDER AND THINK YOU CAN RETURN!

I realized I was in need of new beachwear, considering I've been wearing 15 year old tankinis and old water aerobics Speedos. I ordered from Andie, Summersalt, and Venus and got the size wrong on all of those and had to return them. I guess I lucked out with my Beachsissi order. I hemmed and hawed about the size for the one pieces I ordered and decided on size Large (even though I am quite slender—but I'm tall with a somewhat long torso and this is an Asian company where women are more petite). Whew, the Larges fit and they are really cutes suits. I also ordered two tankinis in Medium and they fit. I ordered 2 cover ups that are very cute. BUT, I also order a swim short—the one with lace on the side—and they are cute but defective with a wonky seam on one side. It appears I can't return them! "It's just return is a little inconvenient." That's what they wrote to me! It looks like they will send me something in exchange. I'm still not sure how this will work. Bottomline—their stuff really is very cute. I know the one pieces I ordered will be my new favorites. If you are absolutely sure of your size, go for it. If you are averaged sized, the one-size fits all cover-ups will work for you. But if you are at all unsure of your size, you may be stuck with merchandise that doesn't fit. So be careful.

I ordered a bathing suit. It had a strange cut and did not fit well. On the package the return address said CA but when I asked to return the suit, my options were: 1. Get $3 back and keep suit, 2 order something else for 50% or 3. Send it back to China (which would have cost $17 plus a fee for insurance). None of those options were fair and reasonable. Also I did not like the bathing suit fabric.

I was weary about ordering from one of these sites, but like many of us, I was intrigued by the number of great dresses and swim suits they had for sale at a good price. I decided to take a chance and order 2 dresses and a swimsuit. The dresses I would return they are simply not worth the $35 spent on each, thin flimsy fabric and cheap buttons, the one dress I threw straight in the wash as the fabric was itchy and stiff. Given returns are not easy and would end up costing me the cost of a dress from Switzerland, I guess I get to wear them around the house. The swim suit was an okay buy. Certainly a lesson learnt for me. I will not buy from any of these sites again.

The suit I ordered said 2 weeks for delivery - Did not get it. They said it was sent back due to wrong postal information -- its not wrong, forwarding address is correct. They offered to me that I repay for shipping again and or 20% credit! Not happy, no resolution. I am out $45 and didnt have a suit on vacation.

So disappointed you can't return swimwear; sure wished I knew you could get these off Amazon because then I could return it.

I ordered two suits on 4/29 for a trip that wasn't until a month later. I even paid extra for expedited shipping of 6-12 days. The swimsuits just arrived today on 6/3, which means I had to purchase different suits since I am already back from my trip. I tried to get a refund from customer service and had zero luck. Do not order from here unless you're maybe looking for a swimsuit for next summer! The suits are actually cute, but customer service and length of shipping is horrible!

Bought a swimsuit from Beachsissi. Good quality but didn't fit. So far I have had to email them 3 times to get an address to return. They answer my email but they want me to order something else pay half the cost and keep my original purchase. They tell me it will cost a lot to return and time consuming. I don't get it! Haven't heard back from my third email yet.
