Bad customer service
March 12, 2023

I was going to order from them but was having trouble with the online order system. I called the customer service number and the woman refused to place my order over the phone.
Thank God!
After reading these other reviews, I think I dodged a bullet.

Baytec or Baywreck?

If you order one of their barrels, make sure it is shipped with
One of their employees in it!

Why did I give them two stars? They answered their tele and they
Are a Texas firm.

It took them four days to reply to an email [included weakend].
The items were shipped in two parts and it took 15 days to receive.
All three items were shipping free, yet I was charged $5.oo for shipping. [shipping is free after you pay for it]
I could not delete the shipping charges on their website. It stated to send an email for a shipping quote.

The pump that we purchased, did not fit the container and had to be cut again. Weak!

We would never order from them again - too many bloody issues. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Unprofessional company

Baytec is a nightmare to do business with. They sent me used items. When I emailed them with pics Max in sales accused myself or fedex with tampering. Max also never mentioned a refund process nor did he apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I should have read reviews before shopping at baytec. Never again.

I placed an order of $200 nearly 2 months ago and have yet to receive my items. Customer Service representative(s) are rude and couldn't care less. The tracking number provided is inaccurate stating they shipped the entire order when infact it was only partial. Steer clear of this shady company!

Took my money but won't ship my order
November 20, 2021

I ordered from Bay Tec containers almost a month ago. They charged my card within 24 hrs but still have not even processed my order. I called the "track my order number" but it goes to voicemail and they won't return them. I emailed the company multiple times and they will not reply. I finally called customer service and they assured me that the items I ordered are in stock but it might take 7 to 10 days to process. When they realized it had been much longer than this they promised me my order would ship within a couple days. When it didn't, I called back again. Again your order will ship in a couple of days. My order still hasn't shipped and now they have removed the customer service button off the phone tree.

RUN! SAVE YOURSELF!

This company is hands down one of the worst companies I have ever encountered, as a long time online shopper. They charged my card before I even received the email shipping & handling quote of $207.00, and the item I purchased was only $39.95. So I asked for a refund not even 24 hours later and was told I cannot cancel my order over the phone, and that it most be emailed. Well that's what I did, and still had to call back a couple of times, only to endure more terrible customer service! All the employees I spoke with were very unprofessional. Fortunately, I did receive my refund a week later, after calling my bank to report them. Run! BUYER BEWARE!

Buyer beware
March 1, 2020

Their online page in big bold letters states Supper Fast Shipping. When your product doesn't arrive as expected you are told it is shipped from the manufacturer and out of their control. You shouldn't make a claim if you can't back it up.
