We recently stayed in Baymont Inn & Suites in Jackson, MS. From what seemed like a never ending NIGHTMARE, was saved by 2 people. Charles (Desk Clerk) he tried his best to make sure we were in a comfortable room (although we had a total of 3 rooms! Each of which had their own issues). Charles, went above what we expected to try to ease our anger and disgust!
Latoya (Breakfast/Kitchen) God bless her!!! She changed my whole mind with her actions and kind words! Because she was kind and courteous she was the saving grace from God that turned my negative experience around.
Stayed here one night . It is a pet free hotel. Someone locked dog in the room next to us that cried nd barked lol night. Nothing was done still after several complaints. I have posted the video on their site of what we heard all night !
