Had to inform your company twice that I was ordering the correct batteries. Placed my order waited six weeks to check on my order. No responce week and a half later was sent an E-Mail saying there was a problem with the credit card I used. In this day and age it does not take that long to find a problem. Instead you lose an order and a customer.
I ordered a laptop charger from them and when it arrived( it came 2 days after I placed the order) I had trouble getting it to fit in the wall socket and staying in my laptop. After much work I finally got it only to have it stop working a week or 2 later. I emailed battery ship and they sent a replacement free of charger(took about 3 days). This time my 16 year old nephew went to use my laptop, when the battery started dying he plugged it in and the charger exploded burning his arm and part of the wall. I contacted Battery ship and they refunded me my money. The only good thing about my experience with Battery ship was their customer service.
Hello, this is the manager of BatteryShip. Please don't post fake reviews. Work on improving your own business instead of trying to hurt us. To confirm, I don't see that you listed an order # with this review, so I looked you up by name and could not find you anywhere. I also looked up all cases of charger refunds, no notes anywhere about any customer with the issues and customer service contact you mentioned. Again, please go work harder at your own company and leave us alone.
When ordered, backorder date was 9/10/18.
When 9/10/18 arrived, it changed to 9/20/18.
When 9/20/18 arrived, it changed to 10/5/18.
[Update 9/27/18: Before 10/5/18 arrived it changed to 10/12/18,21 days after BatteryShip's response, below, on 21 Sep that promised 7-10 days, and with no notification from BS again.]
Starting to guess I'll never see the product.

Clive, thanks for your feedback and your patience on your backorder. I did email a letter to everyone last night (9/19/18) that had backordered this kindle voyage battery type. The letter explained the problem the factory was having getting the materials in order to make the battery (that email to you might have been caught in spam filters). The factory finally got the specific material for that battery from their supplier last week and so they were able to complete the batch of batteries this week. As my letter stated, we'll have them on hand within about 1 week from the factory and so your backorder will ship within about 7-10 days from now. Most of our backorders ship earlier than the estimated date shown on the website, but sometimes the factory has trouble getting certain rare materials and parts to make certain batteries like the kindle voyage battery. We are sorry the backorder estimated ship date was not accurate from the beginning on this particular battery. We did our best to inform all customers of the estimates we had based on what our factory was communicating to us each week. Thanks for your understanding on this.
I wanted a new battery for my flashlight and I managed to ge the mini type battery. It may have not been mean for my flashlight but I needed something that will last them long while I go camping and that is exactly what I got.
I ordered the battery for my vacuum on the website. It shipped out the very next day and I received it soon after. I was expecting to wait a few weeks because I ordered right in the middle of the pandemic. I was very surprised and happy!

Michael, this is Paul the Manager of BatteryShip. Although you did not provide an order # with this review so we can't say 100% that you're a real customer as opposed to a bogus troublemaker, I do see a recent situation that you might be providing feedback on. If that's you, you placed the order on our website May 4 and our website asked you to confirm that you understood that those particular items on your order were NOT in stock items. They were very special items that we order fresh from the factory directly JUST FOR YOU since most people don't need that very old battery design you needed. You agreed to 6-8 weeks and we explained that we would NOT charge (not even test nor authorize) the card info you provide until we ship. Furthermore, the very old kobalt battery type you ordered ONLY works with one charger because kobalt made their chargers VERY picky in this case. The warning was on the page VERY clearly multiple times. You clicked "I understand" on both the 6-8 week time frame AND the picky charger issue. So we wanted to make double sure that, after you waited 6-8 weeks, you would not be frustrated because you ordered wrong. Also we don't want to be stuck with batteries you asked us to order for you after you renege on a special order like you did. So, after you confirmed all that, we ordered those batteries from the factory JUST for you since nobody else wants nor needs them. Then we got them in from the factory June 25 (quicker than the estimated time frame) and tried to charge your card so we could ship them to you. Your card issuer/bank declined the charge so we emailed you so you could ask your bank to not reject the charge or if you didn't have any money on that card then you could provide a different payment method. So, are you saying you'd rather we NOT make sure you didn't order this super old charger picky battery type incorrectly before we charge you for it and ship it to you? And then you're saying you'd rather we check your card's validity AND put a hold on your money on your card 6-8 weeks ahead of time? You're maybe one out of a million that would prefer that. So please shop elsewhere. We instead welcome serious customers that want the right item and that don't provide us bogus payment info and that don't renege on an agreement. Now we have those 2 batteries that we ordered just for you and we will try to sell them to someone that might need them. Thanks for nothing. Oh and your order is officially cancelled.
