Purchased a new battery for my cell phone among other batteries (key fob, garage door & pet collar for remote door) from a new BP in Los Lunas New Mexico. The customer service was fantastic and it's so nice to have a cell phone that holds a charge all day long and I don't have to charge it every 2 hours. So glad to have a store in the area. I will certainly be back.

I just picked up an online order placed on Friday. The young man helping me was so friendly and helpful. Monday morning 8am and he has a smile and helpful attitude, so refreshing! There was a discrepancy on the ticket and he problem solved immediately, I never felt like it was my problem. I also appreciate their sign 'masks or no masks welcome. Lets be kind to everyone!" Have used this store for many items and repairs over he years. Always, helpful, friendly and professional. Good with replacing watch batteries. Today was special due to the excellent and efficient job of replacing an auto battery by Aaron. I'll continue to use these people for my needs and suggest you consider them as well

Went to the Battery Plus in Elgin. Although the battery we needed was no longer available, the lady there was very helpful trying to find one in another store. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We need more people like this in our stores. Thank You.

I guess muncy waited on me. He was efficient, polite, asked if i needed anything else, like different kinds of batteries, bulbs. It was a pleasure going in there and get greeted so nice. So man y stores do nothing. He is an asset to your company.

When my cell phone died I took it in to the store belonging to my carrier. They said I needed a new battery and sent me right next door to this store, which I had never heard of before. They opened it, matched the battery, and plugged it in and gave me a quick charge before I left the store. They also gave me paperwork for a Lifetime Guarantee on the new battery I purchased from them. Couldn't be better.

I was so scared to fix my phone because my iPhone was so expensive! And then I was like How much is this gonna cost? I got the estimate and my sis encouraged me to make the move. I did and here I am my phone looks like new. The cashier was very easy to talk to and the service was more than I expected. I'm really happy and even though I hope I never drop my phone again I know where I can go to fix it. :)) thank you so much!
