He was professional so informative and so helpful. Omg I'm very very happy with service I'm definitely referring everyone I know. My phone screen is good as new and he did it so fast. Also learned I could get an extra key made. Like omg I lose my keys all the time. I'm just a very happy customer truly. Thank you Kevin at batteries plus keep being you're amazing self.

I was very dissapointed by the way that the store served me. I had some queries about some of the batteries and they took forever to answere my questions. It is like they had no clue about what I was asking which I find to be very inconveient because they are supposed to know.
I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering. My experience appears to be the norm with this company. I paid for priority shipping. There were no indications that the batteries were out of stock or that there would be any trouble with my order. It has been a week and my order still says "Unfulfilled" on the website, but of course they charged my card immediately. I emailed "customer service" but have gotten no response. If you decide to order from them, keep your expectations extremely low.
Batteries lasted about 15 minutes. Now I am stuck with A bunch of bad batteries. I complained to the company without any response
