Bag was as described and monogram came out exactly as wanted. Very lightweight bag and easy to use.

Good quality and arrived exactly when they said it would.

I wish I had known that the calf hair print was a print and not actual calf hair. The price was a little high for a simple print.

I've always had a really great experience with my Barrington gifts orders. This order was a special request print and the factory did the wrong print/color on the bag. I have been working with customer service to return the bag and get a correct replacement

My delivery was scheduled for Friday 12/20 but did not arrive until 12/23. There was no communication from the delivery co. (UPS I think) that it was delayed. Fortunately we were home

The pictures did not appear as the actual product did. I thought the material was different. Actually looks like a fur texture in pictures but it's more of a vinyl material. Disappointed in product. Guess I should have researched more before placing order.
