It was a little frustrating about how the coupon policy work. Getting mix message from FedEx and having to email you guys to really see what was going on with my shipment was hand great.

Only thing I would recommend would be an email when items are actually shipped so we know so watch for them. Just an order confirmation email does not do this. Otherwise love your site!
