Really happy with the tote I ordered and the quality of the product. I just wish the contrast of my initials against the background design made them more visible. When I looked at the preview, when completing the order, it appeared they would be more distinctive. The other option available for the initials was not in the sequence I preferred.
I am happy with the bag overall however and would most likely order other products in the future.
I purchased before and loved the tote this time the color is lighter than on the website and it gets dirty in the 2 times i've used it. We're on lockdown and i've only gone to the grocery store (small local one) but it got scuffed up from no use at all!
This was a gift for my sister. She's expecting her second baby in May and wanted a new sophisticated diaper bag that she can use now and later! She loved it.

My only suggestion would be to make the handles 1 to 2 inches longer on the St. Anne's Tote. My elbow gets caught every time I try to put it on my shoulder.
