I didn't realize that the pattern on the wallets was more of a fabric material. I would have ordered a different pattern, the one I chose, when done on a fabric, looks kind of cheap. The wallets are obviously not cheap, so that's disappointing.
All bags/items were exceptional in quality.
I never got a tracking number for my shipment. Also, one of the items really doesn't look like the picture. The fabric almost looks pixelated and blurry. The picture on the site looked nothing like that. $70 for a pouch that doesn't look like the picture is not worth it.
Beautiful bag! I purchased the St. Anne tote for my mom and mother-in-law for mothers day. They both LOVE them! Great quality, color/personalization options. A very classy bag! Will be shopping here again!

While I do like my bag and it seems the quality is very high, I feel that the bag is very overpriced. I can find the same type of high quality bag for much less cost.
FedEx tracking said it was coming on Friday the 24th and since I had to sign for it I home ALL day and then I found out it was still in Japan that day. I was very disappointed with FedEx and in turn your company.
