I loved my order but was bummed out by the timeline it took to arrive. The item I ordered was a gift that arrived later than I hoped, but I'm sure it's primarily due to covid19. Otherwise, it was a great product and my sister loved receiving it
Shipping was a disaster but the product was great as always. Always love your stuff and get so many compliments on it
My duffle bag arrived with a stain. I immediately contacted customer service to report the stain. They asked that I attempt to clean it myself first. I was unable to remove the stain and for the amount I paid I would hope to receive a better quality product! I am sending the duffle bag back so they can attempt to clean it. If the stain is unable to be removed I hope my item can be replaced.

I was disappointed to find out 16-18 days later of ordering that my purchase went basically to different places in China (according to Fedex tracking) before delivered to me. Especially with what is going on today. I love your products, just hesitant on ordering more stuff.
