I wish the zippers were stronger. When my tote arrived the zipper was closed but the middle of the zipper was undone. It does now zip back and forth but I'm afraid it will eventually break for good.

The color on the bag that I received was definitely not the color, nor even close to the color that was represented online. After contacting customer service they told me that color is correct and there's nothing they can do about it. That is very disappointing considering the price of the bag.
